Ordered two subs online for pickup. One of the subs came out great! The other sub, a BMT, was on the wrong bread, wasn’t cut in half, and wasn’t toasted like I asked :(. Oh and this is after it took 25 minutes for them to make both. You’d think for about 10$ a sandwich you could at least get the bread you asked for.
It's subway food is always the same. What I don't appreciate is the ask me what I want, then go in back and laugh and speak a foreign language. People think you are talking about them and since I don't speak Arabic, I can't tell only by the body language that they are talking about you. When someone looks at you, turns to her partner, speaks Arabic and laughs looking back at you, what are you supposed to think? Plus this guy doesn't honor subway coupons and specials. The owners are wonderful!!! We ordered box lunches for our softball team and coaches that was playing nearby at Padua HS. They made the ordering easy and had everything packed up nicely and on time! They allowed me to order just a few hours ahead for 20 box lunches!!!
