Every time I order at this subway the order is messed up. And if they do happen to get all the toppings right they barely put anything on the sandwich. Amd they also smoke inside in the back of the restaurant. Walked in one day and they were both just standing in the back and is smelled like someone was clearly smoking a cigarette.

Store is conveniently located at State Road and Pleasant Valley Road. Staff is efficient and helpful. Store is very clean and organized. The food is always fresh and delicious.

Ordered subway via the app and drove 15 minutes to pick up the food, went in and the two ladies said it they never received an order. Asked what I should do because I already paid and they shrug and walked away. Didn’t try fixing anything, they could’ve typed in my order number to search for it or atleast try trouble shooting it. Now I have to go out of my way to contact the bank to get refunded, an hour just to walk away with nothing but lost time.

The owners are wonderful!!! We ordered box lunches for our softball team and coaches that was playing nearby at Padua HS. They made the ordering easy and had everything packed up nicely and on time! They allowed me to order just a few hours ahead for 20 box lunches!!!

I would give this subway location zero stars if I could! multiple bad experiences including with the owner. still out of convenience we would go there and give multiple chances. this time I'm done! if I wanted to order a salad on a bun I would but instead I spend the money and get 3 subs and 98percent vegetables and 2 percent meat if that! when we have a family of seven I will not spend the money any more at this location! I will drive 5 min farther and give them our money! oh and when you try to call it goes to a full mailbox!!!

Ordered two subs online for pickup. One of the subs came out great! The other sub, a BMT, was on the wrong bread, wasn’t cut in half, and wasn’t toasted like I asked :(. Oh and this is after it took 25 minutes for them to make both. You’d think for about 10$ a sandwich you could at least get the bread you asked for.

So this experience was awful. I ordered a chicken bacon ranch sandwich and every other Subway I’ve gone to I’ve been offered the option of the usual grilled chicken strips they use or the rotisserie chicken. I got the rotisserie and while the young lady (who was doing her job well I might add) was making my sandwich, the seasoned employee tells her that she needs to charge me individually for the bacon and the chicken because I got rotisserie.I told her I’m used to paying extra for the rotisserie because it’s not the usual chicken they use. But I couldn’t understand why I was being charged separately for the bacon which already comes on a chicken BACON ranch sandwich. She says it’s not chicken bacon ranch because I got rotisserie. The young lady who was making the sandwich was so confused and tried telling her that I asked for chicken bacon ranch, but the other lady kept insisting that it wasn’t. That made zero sense!!! So I told her to keep the sandwich because she’s not going to upcharge me for something that already comes on the sandwich. So now you've wasted inventory and provided terrible customer service.Unacceptable! If there was a 0 stars option I’d certainly use it.

It's subway food is always the same. What I don't appreciate is the ask me what I want, then go in back and laugh and speak a foreign language. People think you are talking about them and since I don't speak Arabic, I can't tell only by the body language that they are talking about you. When someone looks at you, turns to her partner, speaks Arabic and laughs looking back at you, what are you supposed to think? Plus this guy doesn't honor subway coupons and specials. I think same people own several parma subways. It's the same in the other locations as well.
