The burgers are much better than any you will get at the fast food places. I used to be able to get a free shake for completing a survey, but on the last visit, I noticed there was no survey code. I guess they eliminated that. Bummer. They also made some changes pertaining to rewards. I currently have a $2.00 reward which I used to be able to apply to any purchase, now it can only be applied to a purchase of $5.00 or more. Also, they need to add another cash kiosk. Customer service was ok need to be more friendly. The food not so great. It usually is my favorite the Frisco melt. However it was slapped together bread was NEVER as hard as it was all of it cold couldn't eat my fries soggy an cold. However this place is usually wonderful. But not so much lately.
