We stopped here before the eclipse, and they were evidently short staffed. Our order's receipt didn't drop, so we were unsure if it was processed. We ordered again, and both receipts came out. The manager was informed and kept our first receipt. We were still charged for the 2 separate orders, and after two phone calls, we still haven't received a returned call, let alone reimbursement. I totally understand being swamped on Monday, but the rest of the week? The food was ok. The shake was good. The restaurant was clean.

I watched the cook clean the grill with 180 grit sand paper that is not food safe I could see the grit from the sand paper on the grill as he was pressing the hamburgers into the grill coated in sandpaper grit was down right disgusting and I didn't even ordered I walked straight out of there don't eat Here unless you want 180 grit sandpaper in your patty

The burgers are much better than any you will get at the fast food places. I used to be able to get a free shake for completing a survey, but on the last visit, I noticed there was no survey code. I guess they eliminated that. Bummer. They also made some changes pertaining to rewards. I currently have a $2.00 reward which I used to be able to apply to any purchase, now it can only be applied to a purchase of $5.00 or more. Also, they need to add another cash kiosk. Currently, there is only one.
