I can be at any Panera since they all serve the same thing but I would love to comeback to Seven Hills Panera to be met and greeted by Joe!!!“

“4 of us visited Bruno’s Sunday for dinner with a 6:45 reservation. Greeted immediately upon walking in. Bar area seats abt 10-15 and reservations can be made for bar seating as well! Within a minute of being seated our server had our drink order and returned with them. Appetizers ordered: Hot sausage stuffed peppers These weee absolutely awesome. Served with peppers and onions with a light marinara. Menu says “spicy”; they are medium hot but amazing flavor Artichoke The couple with us ordered these ?breadcrumb” battered and fried portion. Also sauced in hous made marinara. Entrees ordered: chicken parm, spaghetti marinara, scallops and pasta. All were tremendous! Our server Martha was spot on with everything, meal was very nicely paced. I spoke with the gentleman in charge to compliment him on his food and staff. This was our first visit but definitely not our last! This is a definite 10/10.“

“I've been here many times on my trips to Cleveland and never disappoints. Good affordable food in the heart downtown. Everything from the salsa and chips to the variety of crafted margaritas to the generous plates of food are delicious. A nice variety of tacos, and entrees to choose from.“

“Stopped in for breakfast on a Saturday morning with my brother, who was in town for work. He loves breakfast food, so I brought him here to try it out. I've been here quite a few times in the past and usually enjoy my experiences, so I was looking forward to breakfast.

Today, I decided to try something different and ordered the breakfast tacos and corned beef hash. Unfortunately, I'm not sure what was going on in the kitchen, but both dishes were watery, wet, and mushy. The texture was really off-putting, and definitely not what I expected. I've eaten here several times before and have never experienced this, so I'm hoping it was just an off day.

On the bright side, the Nutella waffles were delicious! Those definitely saved the meal.
Overall, it was a mixed experience. I've enjoyed this place in the past, so hopefully the food will be back to what I'm used to on my next visit.“

“Fantastic food!! Mediterranean bowls with fresh ingredients and delicious pitas made right in front of you 😋. I added the falafel which really filled out the bowl and made for a great meal. Very friendly staff and we chose to eat in the marketplace which allowed us some privacy and space (you can also eat outside if you choose). So good!!“

“I usually love this place but tonight's curbside order was an hour and a half wait (usually curbside pickup is a half hour)! They now also have signed up with other delivery services so they are super busy. Our food wasn't ready when it was promised. I went in and there were about 3-4 empty tables! You'd think that with the long wait the tables would be backed up too. I mentioned to the manage that if I had known there were tables available I would have dined in instead of take out. She said they try to get their dine-in customers their food before the take out. 🤦 Really Dewey's, what customer wants to know that their service is not as important as another customer? “Le Stand is one of my go-to spots—everything is always fresh and consistently good. The staff is extremely friendly, which makes the experience even better every time I go in.

I almost always get the avocado bowl, and it never disappoints. And I have to say, I love that they have white French dressing—it’s a small thing, but it sets them apart.

“Native New Yorker. The owner heard me ranting and raving about how incredible the pizza was. He introduced himself - great guy. I explained I've been unable to find such incredible pizza in the state, as it's hard to beat what you can find in New York. He then tells me he's from Brooklyn, New York! Between me and my three friends, we finished two extra large pizzas.

This has been the only place to take me home within the state of Ohio. Hands down the best pizza I've ever had in this state.

“OMG!!! We just had Kantina cater our weekend bar-mitzvah for a dinner and a lunch and I cannot even explain how amazing Kantina is!!! From the staff, to the food, to the presentation!!! Seth is beyond incredible. He is kind, and accommodating, professional, and sweet. He made everything PERFECT!!!! He was an absolute dream to work with. My guests (and myself of course) could NOT STOP RAVING about how delicious the food was, how beautiful the setup was, how helpful and sweet the staff were, and how absolutely superhuman Seth is to have done all this and still be the most humble and incredible professional on the planet. “My brother and I had lunch on 9/12 and we had KeArra as our waitress. She is AMAZING! She was fast, efficient, on top of refills - we didn’t even have to ask each time, she just looked to see what was low and brought refills (soup, salad, drinks). She always had a big smile and was incredibly kind. I asked her how long she had been there and she was new and had only been on the floor on her own for ONE week and what even more impressive, is that this is her FIRST waitressing job. “The food here is amazing, delicious, and healthy. The service is excellent. They really take the time to make you feel at ease and they give you the friendliest service. One particular staff member, a tall gentleman was very kind and asked how I liked the food, took the time to tell me my options when I was ordering, and offered to put my tray away when I was done eating. Now that’s service! Service in most places have not been satisfactory lately as the food service industry slowly picks back up from a type of recession.
