The salads and wraps here are absolutely delicious and incredibly fresh. You can taste the quality of the ingredients. The homemade dressings are packed with flavor and tie everything together perfectly. I have loved the Cesar salad. Can’t wait to try more items from the menu! Highly recommend if you’re looking for a healthy and satisfying meal!

Based on the reviews, Verde (Greens Salad Co.) is a fantastic, low-key lunch spot for clean fuel. The food is fresh and delicious, with good quality and quantity. The salads are very large, and the ingredients taste fresh. Guests can order the Mesa Verde or build their own salad, and everything from the greens to the toppings to the dressing is perfect. There is a wide range of vegetarian options. The Cobb salad had a surprisingly spicy dressing. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Robert behind the counter was a legend, super friendly and incredibly attentive. The restaurant is clean and inviting. The interior is clean, though it feels like a high-end appliance showroom with refrigerators everywhere. It is a go-to lunch spot that is decently priced and a new favorite. This is easily the best salad spot and a favorite food place in town.
