So many beautiful desserts it was hard to choose one... So we bought 3 and a macaroon. Kind and patient service. I like to pick up cake pops for the kids while we're here as well.
My husband and I stopped by the market today on a day trip to Cleveland and got a tiramisu cake and an oreo cheesecake. Upon biting into the cheesecake, my husband goes, "if I were Buddhist, I'd be reaching nirvana right now." Needless to say, it was fantastic.

Located in the West Side Market, Theresa's Bakery has two stalls and the baked goods are very attractive to the eye. Cake rolls stacked high, overflowing with filling, they called to us like flowers to a bee. They specialize in filled cannoli, many flavors of macarons, rolls, cream puffs, and a lot more. The chocolate cake roll, while massive, was dry, and the abundant filling was creme rather than real whipped cream. The macarons we tried, did not have that crisp shell though...read full review
