Located in the West Side Market, Theresa's Bakery has two stalls and the baked goods are very attractive to the eye. Cake rolls stacked high, overflowing with filling, they called to us like flowers to a bee. They specialize in filled cannoli, many flavors of macarons, rolls, cream puffs, and a lot more. The chocolate cake roll, while massive, was dry, and the abundant filling was creme rather than real whipped cream. The macarons we tried, did not have that crisp shell though they were flavored nicely.

So many beautiful desserts it was hard to choose one... So we bought 3 and a macaroon. Kind and patient service. I like to pick up cake pops for the kids while we're here as well.

TASTES OLD LIKE THEY'VE BEEN STORED INSIDE A MOLDY FRIDGE. Their cakes don't taste and look fresh. The ones on display always look better than what we actually get. Please throw out older stuff... It smells and tastes like the inside of a freezer probably because its been stuck in there for a long time without being properly covered. This place is a disgrace to West Side Market and should vacate asap.

Is this the outlet for the day-old outlet? Very disappointed. Move on.

The west side market has two Theresa's booths. At one, I got a cheesecake cookie sandwich and a mini key lime pie. At the other, I got a Reeces cheesecake. Everything was tasty. HOWEVER, I don't think I could EVER give my money to this bakery again after the experience I had.First off, I went to make my second purchase and they said there was a $10 minimum for credit cards. My dad also purchased something right before me that was less than $10 and they gave him absolutely no issues. So I didn't understand why he was allowed but I wasn't ? Odd.Then the lady used her BARE HANDS, that she had been handling everyone's money and cards, to manhandle my cheesecake. PUKE!!!! And I kindly asked if she could get me a new one while using gloves. She stared at me, then told her employees how "she's doesn't want this because I didn't have gloves on" then THEW the package on the counter, not even closing it all the way.OMG! I can't believe how horrible she was making me feel for just trying to support her business!!! Wow!!! Then all the employees started chiming in with sarcastic remarks at me! They were all having a blast at taking their shots at being rude to me !!! I couldn't believe it! I've never been treated so horrible while just trying to give my money away! Absolutely Horrendous!

The cakes look amazing but the taste was not. They tasted like they were storage in a moldy area. We will not be back. I was very disappointed.

The salesman sold me moldy cheesecake and the other cakes I bought tasted very unfresh.

Hands down the best cannolis I've ever had! So many choices, and everything looks absolutely amazing

My husband and I stopped by the market today on a day trip to Cleveland and got a tiramisu cake and an oreo cheesecake. Upon biting into the cheesecake, my husband goes, "if I were Buddhist, I'd be reaching nirvana right now." Needless to say, it was fantastic.

Just got some macaroons and they were the worse I have ever had. Terrible.

You might expect the best cannoli to be made in Little Italy (where I live). You would be wrong! The best cannoli are found at Theresa's Bakery in the West Side Market. My favorites are the Pistachio variety. The cannoli filling at Theresa's is heavenly. The bakery has many other tempting creations. I must try some but I am so taken with the aforementioned Pistachio cannoli that it is hard to diversify. They have an ongoing special of four cannoli for the price of three.

We tried the Red Velvet cake roll and it was out of this world! We also got a peanut butter brownie and it was unbelievable! I wish we'd picked up more goodies, can't wait to go back and try more!!

This was one of those booths in the West Side Market that we walked past and quickly circled back to take a better look. The stand was packed and seems to be really busy even for a Wednesday. The bakery had such a good vibe and the atmosphere was exciting with everyone talking about at all the options and goodies. Staff was friendly and mentioned Theresa's Bakery opened 23 years ago in the West Side Market. They emphasized that the bakery is family owned and when it was our turn, walked us though some of the most popular items. Everything looked so good but we decided on a Cheesecake Cannoli, a Cannoncini (Cream Horn), and a Chocolate Eclair. All were delicious but my favorite was the eclair. I don't think you could go wrong with anything from Theresa's Bakery.
