Amongst the DQ Grill & Chills I've visited in Northeast Ohio, this one is very busy in the summer months. Service is friendly. Restaurant could be cleaner, but it's probably due to a lack of workers. French fries were cold, burgers were just warm. Burgers were still very good just warm and the new hot fries we asked for were perfect. I'd go again even if I had to keep asking for fresh fries! When fresh, DQ fries are the best fries around.
Fast service , good food, clean restaurant, decent prices.Dietary restrictions: I'm following weight watchers and they have rotisserie chicken bites that are only 1 point per serving.

The Parma, Sprague Rd location is always clean and the staff is very friendly. The staff works very efficiently together to get the orders out! We have the lunch meal occasionally and are never disappointed! We also do drive- thru often and our order is done right. The staff always is smiling and seem glad they are a team working in harmony!
