Good selection of tasty food, it seems like there is much customization but I got the honey chicken that might not be there again. I was told for now it was temporary.The one I went to was more polite than any Chip-Pot-ul I've been to not that they were bad but not all that happy to see another customer.“

“I come here about once a week and I think they are the best McDonalds around! The drive thru line is generally quick and the staff is friendly. They only mess up my order every once in a great while - but they always fix it for me if I come back. Keep in mind that most of these workers are teenagers in the evening!“

I travel all over the place by car, and unfortunately, I’ve learned that fast-food restaurants inside highway service areas often come with poor customer service and food that is overly greasy. That’s why my experience at the Burger King inside the Great Lakes Service Area in Ohio was such a wonderful surprise!
From the moment I walked in, the difference was noticeable. The food was fresh and not greasy. Even more impressive was the customer service. The manager and her entire team were friendly and welcoming. A special compliment to the lady manager, who deserves recognition. You can tell when a manager sets the right tone, because it shows in the attitude of the employees.
After spending so much time on the road, it was refreshing to stop somewhere where the food was good and the people actually made you feel welcome. This Burger King is a great example of how a service-area restaurant should be run.
Thank you to the manager and the entire team for making my stop such a positive experience! I’ll definitely remember this location the next time I’m traveling through Ohio. I was there, today, Friday August 14, around 2:00pm.“

“The bad reviews didn't echo our experience. The manager was super friendly and had a great attitude. It was actually the best BK food I've had in a very long time. We stopped in around 11 PM, and there were three or four other people in front of us - but the attention to detail on the food made it taste unusually good by fast food standards. Definitely retain and promote the guy that was managing the place Dec 8 nightshift; he obviously knows how to lead a team.“
