“Short-staffed at this location at the toll road service center for our big bus group plus other travelers. Also, wouldn't give the bus drivers a courtesy meal because we didn't call ahead. They were just not prepared for the influx of people, no desserts and so ice cream or frozen drinks. Disappointed quite a few people - but got our food to us, so that was a plus. :)“

“Our group of friends wanted to get together at Brew Wall to watch the Browns game, sit outside and enjoy the nice weather. The ambiance is great. We were shocked at the lack of knowledge of your bartender when we had issues with pouring beer. We asked for help multiple times but kept getting "not my area so I don't get involved". When we first arrived no one was around to greet anyone and there were others waiting as well but they left. We stayed to find someone and again saw the Bartender who ignored us until we walked in to ask her for help, which she said were short staffed. We saw many patrons come in and leave due to lack of help at the food order station. We asked multiple times for the TVs to show the Browns Game but no one seemed to know how to work the Tvs, plus they said the audio wasn't working, which is ok. Just the lack of knowledge and help from the staff was frustrating to us. Great place, with no staff assistance. We want to come back but uncertain if we can get others to join. We were also shocked that the place was empty for a Browns Game, but the other patrons that came in left quickly as the process to some is confusing and left as no one was around to help. The food was awesome as we love Antonio's. Other issue is the advertisement for 1/2 off wings. We all ordered but did not get the 1/2 price on all orders. I ordered a 12 order which we did get 1/2 off but not the 8 order and at that time, we just wanted to leave. Hopefully you can employ competent staff as Brew Wall is a great place and would hate to see it close due to lack of good staff.“

“The bad reviews didn't echo our experience. The manager was super friendly and had a great attitude. It was actually the best BK food I've had in a very long time. We stopped in around 11 PM, and there were three or four other people in front of us - but the attention to detail on the food made it taste unusually good by fast food standards. Definitely retain and promote the guy that was managing the place Dec 8 nightshift; he obviously knows how to lead a team.“

“I come here about once a week and I think they are the best McDonalds around! The drive thru line is generally quick and the staff is friendly. They only mess up my order every once in a great while - but they always fix it for me if I come back. Keep in mind that most of these workers are teenagers in the evening!“

“The biggest advantage to the rails burgers is the beef! You can taste the freshness of the meat . Most places buy their beef frozen from the same wholesaler (nothing special) they try to set themselves apart by creating their own sauce but a great burger starts with fresh beef which the rail has perfected .“

“Food is fresh, hot and VERY delicious! Has that homemade taste and flavor that brings me back to being a kid at family bbqs.. The burgers and hot dogs are very reasonably priced and the staff is very friendly! This place should be busier! I will def come back! Best burgers and hot dogs in cleveland!! I ate one of the dogs quicker than I could take the picture! But I had 2 classic coneys, a cheeseburger, tater tots and large drink... waited maybe 10 minutes. Food is handmade to order, which I appreciate. Its tough to find good restaurants that take pride in what they serve. You can taste it here!“
