“They need more staff. The plaza was packed with hungry customers and all the other stores were closed or out of business. The 2 guys working there were overwhelmed. The government handouts need to stop so young people go to work. There are a lot of jobs out there that needs filling. Took over half an hour to get the order. The food was good though, those guys were doing a great job. Shame they didn't have enough help to take care of the crowds of people waiting.“

“Only ever came here during the night when there was one gentleman working alone. I've always seen him by himself but he always made everything fresh to order, nothing was old, the place was spotless and he was very welcoming and nice. Keep up the good work your awesome“

Edit: 2024. It's as clean and well managed as most any other suburban McDonald's. Exactly what you would expect.“

“Parking: The parking lot is well maintained and free with plenty of space.

Kid-friendliness: My 5 year old grandson was able to order for himself, the waitress gave him the attention he needed without intimidating him. Loved that! She had a great conversation with him to aid his ordering!!“

“Charlie's was a dandy little diner we found during our recent trip to Cleveland. The first thing you notice is the very flashy looking exterior of their building which I thought looked awesome. The inside of the building is quite small with limited seating but was very well kept and clean. Their menu consists mainly of breakfast options and hot dog options. I went the hot dog route trying a Chili Dog and one plain with stadium mustard. The stadium mustard was just a dijon variation and was fine. Their chili was excellent with great flavour and just delicious on the dog. The dogs themselves were 100% beef and were the best part as it should be. Great flavour and a nice snap to them they were just stellar. The onion rings I got as a side I would rate as average. The service was pretty darn good for us as well. All in all a very good diner stop for us.“

I only gave service 4 stars because Mom and I shared a burger that was not supposed to have sauce (she thought it was too spicy when she tasted the sample). It did and she liked it! They can't really do anything about the atmosphere because it's in the food court at Southpark Mall.“

“Don’t let the outside look fool you into thinking it’s not good! My wife got the chili dog and I grabbed a Big Dave Burger with large fry. Both were outstanding. Fresh cut fries with little salt and deep fried to perfection. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.“

“Great diner style restaurant thankfully still operating and open early in the area that I was able to grab breakfast in before heading out for the day.

Since it was a Friday, you can order day-specific fish specialties - I forget exact name but it was a fish sandwich and I opted for Mac and cheese as the side.

It was a bit busy when I came in but there was still plenty of seating for anyone who came, (so this place is definitely larger than expected).

There is also a small below main level parking lot directly under the restaurant (recommend for any rainy day travelers or to keep your car a bit cooler from the sun).

Food was served within reasonable time and the wait staff were friendly but also very on-the-go quick pace. So it was very normal for them to forget the tar tar sauce for the sandwich (which I asked for at the next earliest convenience of the wait staff).

I also got a brownie hot fudge sundae for dessert. I think I got one of the more dried out pieces (it comes with two brownie triangles) but it makes sense since who orders a brownie sundae first thing in the morning? Only me. ?

I just let it soak in the melting vanilla ice cream and it was fine. Equally delicious as the other piece of brownie. ?

I used to order chicken tenders with honey mustard and Notso fries here many years back. I will have to return to try and get those next time if it's still on the menu (forgot to check since I was sleepy).“

“On business trip to US, i had dinner at Five Guys in Middleburg Heights. I ordered the Cheese Burger with lettuce tomato and large fries and a peanut butter milkshake.
The burger was pretty good, not amazing but quite good - the fries were tasty and i received A LOT in the bag :) However the highlight was the shake, real tasty and recommended“

Updated-11-14-24 spoke with a manager they corrected the order the following day. This still doesn't fix the original issue of food tampering which is the direct result of uber eats.“

“I recently discovered this place and I'm so happy that I found it. Gus the gentleman that runs it is an absolute sweetheart and he does his job like he loves it. the food was amazing. God knows I love a good hot dog. he told me to try the fries next time so I went back to try the fries and they were delicious as well. Parking: They have two sides to their parking at the restaurant all free very easy to access very convenient

Kid-friendliness: They always offer crowns to the kids they have kids meals

Wheelchair accessibility: Very easy to access restaurant if wheelchair bound“

“Will I go to Culver's for a variety of foods. I just tried the pot roast Sandwich yesterday. I would get that again. Also last week I tried the lemon crumble custard. Can't wait to have that again. However I would prefer if they left the crumble out. Regardless this is one of my go-to places. And I only go to a few.“

“Bar maid's boy friend was at the end of the bar. Needless to say he got 80% of her attention. It was difficult to spend money or get a drink. Food tasted great. Although my French dip sandwich came with enough dip for about two bites. I would guess it was just the bar maid doing a poor job. She spent a lot of time in the kitchen. The Thursday day bar tender needs a different job. I will return hoping for better service.“
