“They need more staff. The plaza was packed with hungry customers and all the other stores were closed or out of business. The 2 guys working there were overwhelmed. The government handouts need to stop so young people go to work. There are a lot of jobs out there that needs filling. Took over half an hour to get the order. The food was good though, those guys were doing a great job. Shame they didn't have enough help to take care of the crowds of people waiting.“

“Only ever came here during the night when there was one gentleman working alone. I've always seen him by himself but he always made everything fresh to order, nothing was old, the place was spotless and he was very welcoming and nice. Keep up the good work your awesome“

Edit: 2024. It's as clean and well managed as most any other suburban McDonald's. Exactly what you would expect.“

“All around great. Anthony was our server, he immediately gets a 10/10. This was my wife and I's first time here and we will be back. The decor was phenomenal and fit the theme perfectly. We loved the chandeliers and the wood planks hanging above the tables. The food was absolutely perfect. I got the BBQ chicken salad, and I swear I could eat that every day. Our server Anthony was on top of everything. We didn't wanit for a thing thanks to him. Anthony, if you see this, you should consider a career in fine dining. We will definitely be back. “Charlie's was a dandy little diner we found during our recent trip to Cleveland. The first thing you notice is the very flashy looking exterior of their building which I thought looked awesome. The inside of the building is quite small with limited seating but was very well kept and clean. Their menu consists mainly of breakfast options and hot dog options. I went the hot dog route trying a Chili Dog and one plain with stadium mustard. The stadium mustard was just a dijon variation and was fine. Their chili was excellent with great flavour and just delicious on the dog. The dogs themselves were 100% beef and were the best part as it should be. Great flavour and a nice snap to them they were just stellar. The onion rings I got as a side I would rate as average. The service was pretty darn good for us as well. All in all a very good diner stop for us.“

“Yesterday we went to Amici pop up bar for a late lunch. There was 4 of us in our party. We were greeted with a very happy and pleasant girl that directed us upstairs for the romantic pop up bar for Valentines Day. The ambiance was spot on for a perfect meal. 3 of the 4 of us got the chicken parmigiana. Absolutely delicious! Best I’ve had ever! The chicken was moist, breading and sauce was delicious and we were sad when it was all gone. Because we ate every bite. Our server, Chris (who was also the bartender) was extremely nice, spent some time chatting with us. We felt so welcome. He didn’t rush us and gave us some history on the restaurant. We will definitely be back very soon. 5 out of 5 stars. Highly recommend Amici’s. ❤️“

“Parking: The parking lot is well maintained and free with plenty of space.

Kid-friendliness: My 5 year old grandson was able to order for himself, the waitress gave him the attention he needed without intimidating him. Loved that! She had a great conversation with him to aid his ordering!!“

“Characters was one of those places that make you want to take a special trip to go back. I'm from Detroit and I will absolutely return when in the Cleveland area. The food was incredible.

I ordered the wings and a polish taco, being that it was Tuesday. While they were both good, the polish taco was one of the best things I've ever eaten. It had kielbasa, grilled onion, sour cream, sauerkraut, potato filling, on a pierogi bun. The kielbasa was phenomenal. It just seemed to have layers of flavor. The pierogi bun was very interesting too. I'd never tried one but it tasted great as well. It's unfortunate that they only have that polish taco on Tuesdays.

The wings, while not the greatest I've ever tried, had some very unique sauces to offer on the side. I had the suicide sauce and the raspberry BBQ sauce along with ranch and they were quite good. The wings were nice and crispy as well

The atmosphere is a typical bar setting; bar on the left and seating on the right, that's pretty spacious. There is also a patio outside to chill and hang out at.

The waitress was very friendly as well.

Overall, the food was great; particularly, the polish taco.“

“Great people very friendly great food a lot of food good service clean plays helped with questions due to weight loss surgery tried to do their best to answer them even tried to suggest other restaurants so I stayed and waited for their restaurant. Great friendly people couldn't ask for better five stars all the way around. Great food really really awesome. I'm just everywhere. I highly recommend it to anybody. It's kind of expensive but it's well worth it. I would eat here again.“

“I’ll start and say the food was pretty good. It surpassed my expectations considering the table was really dirty and I just felt unclean being there but I still give it a 4 stars because of the food. I had a chicken pesto wrap which was great and my waiter was really nice but I came late so the service was a little lax but that’s ok. Not the best experience but it definitely wasn’t bad.“

“Don’t let the outside look fool you into thinking it’s not good! My wife got the chili dog and I grabbed a Big Dave Burger with large fry. Both were outstanding. Fresh cut fries with little salt and deep fried to perfection. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.“

“Excellent burgers. The french fries are so nice and warm, the burgers taste nice and fresh and warm, too. This place is located in SouthPark Shopping Mall, at the food court and it is next to some other restaurants in SouthPark Shopping Mall. The burgers are Halal, and they tasted so good and it was really worth the experience at this restaurant. There are some nice shops nearby and the parking is in the SouthPark Shopping Mall.“

“Bar maid's boy friend was at the end of the bar. Needless to say he got 80% of her attention. It was difficult to spend money or get a drink. Food tasted great. Although my French dip sandwich came with enough dip for about two bites. I would guess it was just the bar maid doing a poor job. She spent a lot of time in the kitchen. The Thursday day bar tender needs a different job. I will return hoping for better service.“

“On business trip to US, i had dinner at Five Guys in Middleburg Heights. I ordered the Cheese Burger with lettuce tomato and large fries and a peanut butter milkshake.
The burger was pretty good, not amazing but quite good - the fries were tasty and i received A LOT in the bag :) However the highlight was the shake, real tasty and recommended“

“I recently discovered this place and I'm so happy that I found it. Gus the gentleman that runs it is an absolute sweetheart and he does his job like he loves it. the food was amazing. God knows I love a good hot dog. he told me to try the fries next time so I went back to try the fries and they were delicious as well. “Will I go to Culver's for a variety of foods. I just tried the pot roast Sandwich yesterday. I would get that again. Also last week I tried the lemon crumble custard. Can't wait to have that again. However I would prefer if they left the crumble out. Regardless this is one of my go-to places. And I only go to a few.“

Edit: after leaving this review the owner reached out apparently whatever worker was on the register rang me up for the prices for a third party app like DoorDash etc and he then promptly refunded me the difference and a bit more“

“If my mom is craving wings this is where we take her... She loves the wings here and so do we. Cooked perfectly and good flavors as well. Always great service here even if they are short staffed.
