Charlie's was a dandy little diner we found during our recent trip to Cleveland. The first thing you notice is the very flashy looking exterior of their building which I thought looked awesome. The inside of the building is quite small with limited seating but was very well kept and clean. Their menu consists mainly of breakfast options and hot dog options.
