“When i say the service from both young ladies in the drive thru was TOP TIER i had to tell them usually service from young people can be dry no etiquette on their cell phones but I was greeted with smiles and told have a beautiful day it truly was an awesome experience keep both of those young ladies in the drive thru they were AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!“

Their staff is friendly and helpful. While the bartender was taking care of another customer, another server Cassie, happily took my order and she was at the end of her shift rolling silverware. I really appreciated this.

“i feel like some people should try to get to know the manager better before judging him because he is very nice even for people who get there order because i been hearing a lot of people talking bad about him and i just feel like people should never judge a book by its cover and people need to stop taking his kindness for weakness for people who know what that mean. Because now since i'm working there he is very nice. not just that for any manger at a fast food place or anything.“

“Having moved from Florida's Gulf Coast last year, I had yet to find any food in Ohio I liked as well as Sarasota. Last night at Heck's, my hope was restored! The caliber of textures and tastes was fantastic! Delicious and clearly well thought out menu options for anyone's palate. I had the Moroccan kabobs and truffle pierogis (which are NOT your average pierogi!) and our table split several other appetizers. Great ambiance too. You'll love it.“
