When I mention Academy Tavern I mention “Cheers,” where every one knows your name. The establishment provides great food, great pricing, personable and timely bar staff, and conversation with anyone and everyone. Owner, Jessica’s smile and giggles are heart warming, and Owner Chris makes sure every woman is walked to her car by a man in the restaurant if not himself. If this isn’t community, I don’t know what is.
This is our favorite local spot! A true community building space that gathers the whole neighborhood. Todd is the best!
These guys are becoming like family. I can go in for a few strong drinks and the best wings and just enjoy every minute. And the staff are the best.
