I'm from Chicago and I highly recommend this spot. I'm a start with Shaniah the host, very polite and informative. Next the waitress Sandra was amazing she will make you gain 5lbs before you leave with the suggestions and trials. Visited the location in Shaker Square. Customer service was excellent, words can’t do it any justice! Everyone spoke and greeted customers and checked on customers not in “their” section. My father and I had the shrimp and grits. Our waitress didn’t like the presentation of the food so she boxed it up for us to take it to go and brought us another order out.
