It's just like a normal subway
I went to this location for the first time, and the staff was very welcoming, kind, and accommodating with my sub sandwich order. I’d love to visit again and would definitely recommend this place to satisfy your cravings!
Food wasn't terrible but the vegetables tasted a little funny... They weren't really cold... But not warm either, it was odd. The service didn't impress either. The lady behind the counter was short and snippy without a single smile. I got in and got out, though so that wasn't bad. I have very little to day about this location. It's literally 1 minute from where I live but I will continue to patronize the one on Chagrin, 8 minutes away. Says something. It's just meh honestly.

Subway is a friendly restaurant with great customer service. The workers are respectful and the food is good, suitable for a plaza store. The atmosphere might feel a bit stuffy but it's definitely cleaner than other nearby stores. However, there have been issues with inconsistent opening hours. The staff, although young, are polite. Some confusion over condiment placement on sandwiches was experienced, possibly due to a language barrier. Despite some minor hiccups, the overall experience was positive and the support for the restaurant is appreciated.
