Great customer service and fast service
They have some slow lazy as workers. Whether I ordered online, Drive thru or go inside. For whatever reason they always get my order wrong or incomplete. Take your service somewhere else that cares about your time, money and food.

McDonald's provides excellent customer service, with friendly and attentive staff members who take care in preparing orders. One customer was impressed by a staff member's dedication to getting their caramel iced coffee just right, and appreciated the extra effort she put in to ensure their order was complete. The restaurant is clean, with fresh food and efficient service, keeping customers updated on their orders. While one customer has had an issue with not receiving straws with their Uber Eats orders, overall, McDonald's has been a reliable and pleasant experience for many customers.
