Dear Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen, what exactly is going on at the store located at 12910 Buckeye Rd, Cleveland, Ohio, 44120? I ordered online and waited in the drive-thru for about 30 minutes only to be told to pull to the window so they could take my order. I informed them I ordered online and they informed me that they didn’t take online orders. The workers were very patient seeing that they didn’t have half the things I ordered.
