My experience at the Burger King inside the Great Lakes Service Area in Ohio was great!! I travel all over the place by car, and unfortunately, I’ve learned that fast-food restaurants inside highway service areas often come with poor customer service and food that is overly greasy. This restaurant had approximately 2 employees working and the average wait was almost 20 minutes. Poor staffing decisions by the management.

Short-staffed at this location at the toll road service center for our big bus group plus other travelers. Also, wouldn't give the bus drivers a courtesy meal because we didn't call ahead. They were just not prepared for the influx of people, no desserts and so ice cream or frozen drinks. Disappointed quite a few people - but got our food to us, so that was a plus. :)
