The quality of our local steak and shakes have significantly improved along with the staff. Much cleaner, tastes better, and even seems more filling than it used to. On top of that the new company policies like banning microwaves, beef tallow for their fried goods, and grass fed beef for the burgers. It went downhill a while ago but I can definitely say it has done a complete 360 and has honestly been one of our families favorite quick fast food locations now. Definitely better...read full review

Steak 'n Shake is a great spot for shakes and burgers. The fries are perfectly seasoned, and the food is fresh, hot, and delicious. Despite some order mix-ups and a new kiosk-only ordering system, the quick service makes it worth a visit. The staff is friendly, and the restaurant is decently clean, though some customers noted it could be better. The shakes are amazing, and the burgers, like the Frisco Burger, are juicy and come with all the fixings. While there are fewer choices on the menu now, the overall experience remains excellent with unbelievable food and service.
