How does a well known franchise place run out of lemonade? Tried to order a Matcha Tea with Lemonade- they were out of Lemonade. I was offered some apple or peach drink. Then I asked just for a Matcha tea. I was told to hold on. Told them to forget it and pulled right across the street to the new coffee place!

The beverages are always a hit or miss, with the drink either tasting good or not, a problem that has been going on for a year. The drive-through experience is often rushed, with one employee handing out the drink straw and card reader at once, making customers feel rushed. The location frequently appears understaffed and very stressed, with only 2-3 people on the floor, leading to terrible interactions. On a positive note, one employee went above and beyond by giving a four dollar gift card for the wait and was extraordinarily polite, empathetic, and professional.
