Their always so awesome!!!
Some Starbucks locations are small and tight. This one seems to be quite roomy, and the staff were friendly. We definitely needed some coffee for the road. We’re at about 1200 miles on this vacation with long drives in between and have been going without coffee most of the time. We were glad that we could stop here just on the road off of the interstate to give our bodies fuel to keep on going.

Based on the reviews, Starbucks Coffee Company has inconsistent service and quality. The staff can be inattentive and talk to each other, blowing off customers. However, some employees are very attentive and friendly, making the experience memorable. The beverages are always a hit or miss, with the drink either tasting good or not, a problem that has been going on for a year. The drive-through experience is often rushed, with one employee handing out the drink straw and card reader at once, making customers feel rushed. The location frequently appears understaffed and very stressed, with only 2-3 people on the floor, leading to terrible interactions. On a positive note, one employee went above and beyond by giving a four dollar gift card for the wait and was extraordinarily polite, empathetic, and professional.
