“I've asked for advice a couple times while crafting my drink, and this time (I wish I'd caught their name) the barista gave me SUCH thorough & helpful recommendations, and I ended up with my favourite Cool Beans beverage I've had in over a decade of dining with them, alongside the Medina location. I absolutely loved both workers' energy & time to help me with my order, they sincerely made my day. I'd post a picture of the drink, but it didn't even make it all the way back home before I drank the entire thing. I will definitely be ordering from here many more times again! “I’d been drooling over GSB’s pastries on Facebook for months like a sugar-starved stalker, and I finally found myself in the area—hallelujah. The second I walked in, I was hit with a wave of sugary air and a warm hello that felt like a hug from a cinnamon bun. There were so many treats I wanted to adopt, but the second I saw the giant, chocolate-covered cream puff, it basically yelled, “Take me to your husband!” Mission accepted. I brought it home and casually told my husband, “Hey, I picked up a little pastry for you.” Hours later, he opened the bag and said—verbatim—“Holy #%?!”. This thing was an absolute unit. At least six inches tall, overflowing with fresh whipped cream like it was showing off. We both took a bite and just stared at each other like we’d seen pastry heaven. It was rich, cloud-like, and somehow not overly sweet. My husband, a self-proclaimed cream puff connoisseur, declared it the best he’s ever had. And trust me, the man has puff experience. Only one thought: throw in a middle pastry layer, Big Mac-style. Not because it needs it, but because my jaw would appreciate the break from climbing Mt. Cream Puff.“
