The second I walked in, I was hit with a wave of sugary air and a warm hello that felt like a hug from a cinnamon bun. There were so many treats I wanted to adopt, but the second I saw the giant, chocolate-covered cream puff, it basically yelled, “Take me to your husband!” Mission accepted. I brought it home and casually told my husband, “Hey, I picked up a little pastry for you.” Hours later, he opened the bag and said—verbatim—“Holy #%?!”. This thing was an absolute unit. At least six inches tall, overflowing with fresh whipped cream like it was showing off. We both took a bite and just stared at each other like we’d seen pastry heaven. It was rich, cloud-like, and somehow not overly sweet. My husband, a self-proclaimed cream puff connoisseur, declared it the best he’s ever had. And trust me, the man has puff experience. Only one thought: throw in a middle pastry layer, Big Mac-style. Not because it needs it, but because my jaw would appreciate the break from climbing Mt. Cream Puff.“

I absolutely loved both workers' energy & time to help me with my order, they sincerely made my day. “Found this place on a whim and placed a custom order ahead for cupcakes and cake pops. They turned out beautiful and tasted even better! The premium cupcake fill is definitely worth it and very reasonably priced imo. I ended up also getting a premade cupcake to use as a smash cake and it was perfect, but the pricing for a custom smash cake is also very reasonable. I would 10/10 recommend and would order from here again. The gentleman at the counter for pick up was also very friendly and everything at the counter looked delicious!“

“Love this Starbucks!!! When I ordered my drink I told them to substitute the caramel drizzle for dark caramel because someone at another location told me it was dairy free and they said it wasn't but suggested the caramel syrup instead because it was. They are always so friendly here.“

“Went here today after my sons and I visited cleveland clinic and this place is a godsend. They feed you, send you home with food have coffee made for you its like a restaurant in god's office. I'm 39 and a mom, I get my birthdays just aren't a big deal anymore, but this day wasn't going well due to some work issues, so she really cheered me up. “The BW location is a hidden gem for Starbucks fanatics on the west side! Early morning, there is ample parking out front for quick grab-and-go, and drinks are always made quickly. Mingling with the sleepy college folk when I'm 2 hours into my day and commuting for my corporate gig is an added amusement!“
