I tried Cool Beans because I really appreciated they use real photos on their doordash menu, compared to everywhere on 303 using bland copy n paste photoshop. I am now obsessed with them. “I’d been drooling over GSB’s pastries on Facebook for months like a sugar-starved stalker, and I finally found myself in the area—hallelujah. The second I walked in, I was hit with a wave of sugary air and a warm hello that felt like a hug from a cinnamon bun. There were so many treats I wanted to adopt, but the second I saw the giant, chocolate-covered cream puff, it basically yelled, “Take me to your husband!” Mission accepted. I brought it home and casually told my husband, “Hey, I picked up a little pastry for you.” Hours later, he opened the bag and said—verbatim—“Holy #%?!”. This thing was an absolute unit. At least six inches tall, overflowing with fresh whipped cream like it was showing off. We both took a bite and just stared at each other like we’d seen pastry heaven. It was rich, cloud-like, and somehow not overly sweet. My husband, a self-proclaimed cream puff connoisseur, declared it the best he’s ever had. And trust me, the man has puff experience. Only one thought: throw in a middle pastry layer, Big Mac-style. Not because it needs it, but because my jaw would appreciate the break from climbing Mt. Cream Puff.“

“Love this Starbucks!!! When I ordered my drink I told them to substitute the caramel drizzle for dark caramel because someone at another location told me it was dairy free and they said it wasn't but suggested the caramel syrup instead because it was. They are always so friendly here.“

“I can’t begin to say enough good things about this little bakery. One, they’re inclusive by having vegan and gluten free items. As someone with a dairy allergy, this is heaven sent! I always find things for my husband, but it’s difficult to get myself a little treat at times because of no DF options.

Honey Bee Bakery is beyond adorable in aesthetics. They have a large picture window, table, bookshelf, and chairs you can sit and people watch. It’s also in Medina Commons so there’s extra tables and chairs right outside the shop.

Customer service? Stellar. Friendly, helpful, even asked if I wanted my husband’s normal sweets separated from my DF sweets. Now that is a respectful shop! Prices were very, very reasonable for what you get.

I got my husband a buckeye bar and lemon bar. For myself, two vegan brownies and a churro muffin. Haven’t tried the muffin yet. However, I do recommend splitting a vegan brownie 4 ways. It’s so thick and decadent I’m still nibbling on my first one. Heat it up in the microwave for 10 seconds, and it just melts in your mouth.

“My daughter and I have visited the Strongsville location a few times, and it’s always been a delicious treat! For a fun “coffee treat”, she loves their milk steamer with pumpkin spice flavoring. We haven’t ventured away from our usual, but the Nutella with strawberries and bananas is always delicious and so filling. She actually won’t stop talking about how good their Nutella is 😆 Their croissants are amazing, and everyone has always been so nice.“

I'm 39 and a mom, I get my birthdays just aren't a big deal anymore, but this day wasn't going well due to some work issues, so she really cheered me up. “I came in from out of town for the Big Ohio Book Con. I had my first cappuccino in years! My heart was so excited that there were multiple milk alternatives. So excited I professed my love to a barista. Which they were sweet and lovely and we both laughed about my sudden declaration of love. My kids loved the baked goods. They had cake pops and a snicker doodle cookie. My friend loved her latte and blueberry scone. I had to purchase the stickers thank you for having cute merchandise available. Sincerely thank you for having multiple options for milk alternatives. Food allergies stink.

“I go here every morning and the service is fast and friendly at the drive thru. I have the gold car on my app so it is easy to load every month order ahead and pick up quickly . They are very organized at this location in Middleburg Heighrs and always offer the newest product when ordering. They have excellent visial signage at drive thru for current offerings and the ancillary retail merchandise wall is always full and inviting. Nice outdoor patio with comfortable seating options to make you feel like you are sipping your coffee in your back yard“
