“Shibam Coffee is my new favorite coffee place. Situated between big chain coffee stores, Shibam stands out for their coffee and atmosphere. I love their Pistachio Latte and literally dream about when I haven't had one in a while. Their desserts are out of control. So yummy and wonderful. Go here. Don't even think about passing it up!“

“Drive through order- I asked for 2 of the same bragel sandwiches and said I wanted them both without cream cheese. I went to eat mine on the way home from work and got cream cheese all over my fingers.
The one in North Ridgeville is way my consistent.“

“Love this Starbucks!!! When I ordered my drink I told them to substitute the caramel drizzle for dark caramel because someone at another location told me it was dairy free and they said it wasn't but suggested the caramel syrup instead because it was. They are always so friendly here.“

“Went in today and there were two lovely ladies working the afternoon shift. Some man came in and heckled them going on about "kids these days" demeaning both employees. Both ladies were amazing in not letting this crotchety man's belittling words bother them and quickly ensured drinks were served to get him out of there. I did not catch the employees names but they did amazing :)“
