“I go here everyday. The coffee is amazing. Unfortunately the prices keep going up. I was paying $7.35 and now it's $9.00. I've had a few issues with my order being incorrect, but they happily replace it. The staff is very friendly. Especially Andreja and Victoria!!! Those 2 ladies make my day every time I visit. The number of teas available would be overwhelming if the small containers were not there. The staff was very helpful in picking out the tea and helping to decide on quantity to purchase.“

“Have never been so I stopped . The staff that greeted me welcomed me as a first timer and was very friendly. I only ordered a cappuccino so I can’t speak on anything else. The cappuccino was what I expected from a chain the espresso beans they use were just average but still good. Im sort of a coffee snob so the bar is high. The other drinks they make look amazing I just don’t do sweet. They have alot of choices if you have not been it’s definitely worth checking out .“

“Such a great coffee shop! The Cafe de Olla is amazing, and the empanadas and guava rolls were equally as impressive! To top it off, the owner is one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. I mentioned that I had kids, and she took the time out of her day to show me around the building and told me all about the art museum’s exhibits (the cafe currently shares a space with the Cleveland Art Museum’s Community Arts Center) that she thought my kids might enjoy. I can’t wait to see all of the additional offerings when the new location opens!“

“First 7brew a success! Kind of pricey , but I guess it’s because I got one of their menu items - a medium came to $7.75(with tip of course !). Would I come here again? Absolutely! Anytime soon? Nah, probably not. Starbucks is closer and it’s my ole reliable. If I’m going to pay $7 for a drink, I’m paying for Starbucks, but I could see myself coming here once a month as a treat.

“What a cool place! I was in the mood for coffee and hookah (not feeling cigars today). Glad I found this place. They know hookah mixes and recommended flavors off the menu. Friendly and fast! The cinnamon stick with my latte was a nice touch! I highly recommend it here if you want to plug in and work.

I'm a sucker for Arabic music, been rockin' out to it while working, it's not that loud so it's a good work environment and great for groups too. Wifi is great as well!“

“Bigmouth Donut Co. has amazing donuts in terms of flavor and variety, but what really makes it special is the space they have designed. You can get the comfort of a living room with the couch and leather chair or you can sit at low- or high-top tables if you want the coffee shop vibe (they have free Wifi for guests). Kelly the owner is so friendly and takes time to get to know customers. The atmosphere is really inviting and comfortable and you can often find yourself striking up a conversation with other customers, the staff, and the owner. They have created a real sense of community here. You may find prices more expensive than what you pay at a chain shop, but remember you're paying for quality product that a chain donut shop can't compete with. You are getting REAL quality donuts with REAL ingredients (amazing fruit fillings that they do not skimp on). I personally find that donuts from chains often have a chemical or artificial taste to them - not Bigmouth donuts - they are made fresh and you can taste the genuine quality of the ingredients. A fun addition to the coffee is the house-made sweet cream which is fantastic. Our favorite donut shop and Rocky River hangout.“

“We stopped in to the Burning River while on vacation for the weekend. While the coffee and tea we had were amazing it was the service that really blew us away. The barista was extremely friendly, went over the menu of specialty drinks with us and even joined us for a little conversation when he had a moment. For the extremely excellent service alone I would recommend the burning river, but let’s not forget about the coffee and tea. It was amazing.“

“Love this Starbucks!!! When I ordered my drink I told them to substitute the caramel drizzle for dark caramel because someone at another location told me it was dairy free and they said it wasn't but suggested the caramel syrup instead because it was. They are always so friendly here.“

Husband loved the lox on a toasted everything bagel with dill/red onion schmear, daughter loved the bacon/egg/cheddar on plain toasted bagel, I loved the Veggie spicy hummus one on a toasted rosemary bagel. We went there often during our stay in Ohio City. The staff were so friendly and personable. Will return on our next visit!“
