“The coffee was phenomenal. There were almost 40 cars in line and I didn’t care. I’m an out of towner staying at the Hampton next door. I had a coffee on the way into town. It was the best I’ve had traveling in a long time. So I used it as a motivator to hit the road on roll our day. Did not disappoint. Line moves super fast. The staff are kind, younger folk.“

Everyone here is so friendly, and Tempest and Spencer are incredibly knowledgeable about all things kava and ethnobotanical blends. The vibe is cozy, chill, and welcoming. It's the perfect spot if you want a bar atmosphere without the negative effects of alcohol. Easy parking, great company, and seriously the best kava with cacao (I always get mine with oat milk!). It’s my favorite! If you haven’t been yet, you’re missing out on one of the best hidden gems in the CLE area. 🌿✨“

“All varieties of tea paraphernalia - pots, cups, loose tea brewers, etc. All the teas available were in small, well-organized containers to smell. The number of teas available would be overwhelming if the small containers were not there. The staff was very helpful in picking out the tea and helping to decide on quantity to purchase.“

The energy drinks, teas, and coffees all have strong, clean flavor profiles. You can tell they prioritize ingredients and execution. It’s one of the few places where trying something new feels like a safe bet.“

“I’ve been here a few times. It’s kinda hidden off Lorain rd. Mustafa was always there he is always awesome to deal with. Bigby is lucky to have him. He always takes the time to tell me about promotions or specials like free shot Friday. The vanilla lattes I have gotten have been great“

“Such a great coffee shop! The Cafe de Olla is amazing, and the empanadas and guava rolls were equally as impressive! To top it off, the owner is one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. I mentioned that I had kids, and she took the time out of her day to show me around the building and told me all about the art museum’s exhibits (the cafe currently shares a space with the Cleveland Art Museum’s Community Arts Center) that she thought my kids might enjoy. I can’t wait to see all of the additional offerings when the new location opens!“

“Just a bunch of kind youngsters slinging drinks I love this place because there are endless options to get something you enjoy. I don’t really care for the giant muffin tops and sometimes wish that there’d be more food/snack options. Lastly, PLEASE PROVIDE THEM WEATHER PROTECTING UNIFORMS. It is so so upsetting to see them in the bad weather all cold and wet. That’s definitely something that stops me from coming on a bad day I just feel so bad for them. That’s the only improvement I’d like to see.“

“One of the best hookah places I've ever experienced. The owner and staff have always been friendly, the hookah flavors are good (with a good variety), they have square or instant coals, and I enjoy the atmosphere. The various drinks I've tried have all been great as well. It has never been overly loud (though there is typically music playing inside), and when the weather is decent the outdoor seating is a nice option. I make it a point to visit every time I'm back in the Cleveland area.

I have to say I always have an incredible experience and you are so lucky to have John running your drive through as he is absolutely amazing and always starts my day off right. He is an asset to Starbucks and I will continue to come to this location because of the positive experiences I have had here“

“We stopped in to the Burning River while on vacation for the weekend. While the coffee and tea we had were amazing it was the service that really blew us away. The barista was extremely friendly, went over the menu of specialty drinks with us and even joined us for a little conversation when he had a moment. For the extremely excellent service alone I would recommend the burning river, but let’s not forget about the coffee and tea. It was amazing.“

“My daughter and I have visited the Strongsville location a few times, and it’s always been a delicious treat! For a fun “coffee treat”, she loves their milk steamer with pumpkin spice flavoring. We haven’t ventured away from our usual, but the Nutella with strawberries and bananas is always delicious and so filling. She actually won’t stop talking about how good their Nutella is 😆 Their croissants are amazing, and everyone has always been so nice.“

“Awesome little donut shop! The lady behind the counter (Who I believe was the owner) gave my sister and I each a free cinnamon sugar donut to try while we debated what kind of donuts we wanted. The donuts are all the same mix, and they too the donuts with whatever frostings and toppings in front of you. Ending up paying about $20 for a dozen. Highly recommend if you want some nice small donuts and you're by the Cleveland area :)“

“Bigmouth Donut Co. has amazing donuts in terms of flavor and variety, but what really makes it special is the space they have designed. You can get the comfort of a living room with the couch and leather chair or you can sit at low- or high-top tables if you want the coffee shop vibe (they have free Wifi for guests). Kelly the owner is so friendly and takes time to get to know customers. The atmosphere is really inviting and comfortable and you can often find yourself striking up a conversation with other customers, the staff, and the owner. They have created a real sense of community here. You may find prices more expensive than what you pay at a chain shop, but remember you're paying for quality product that a chain donut shop can't compete with. You are getting REAL quality donuts with REAL ingredients (amazing fruit fillings that they do not skimp on). I personally find that donuts from chains often have a chemical or artificial taste to them - not Bigmouth donuts - they are made fresh and you can taste the genuine quality of the ingredients. A fun addition to the coffee is the house-made sweet cream which is fantastic. Our favorite donut shop and Rocky River hangout.“

“Great atmosphere, good quality coffee, and solid service. Whenever I visit my doctor, I swing by here for a cup of coffee. Sometimes I'll spend an hour just reading and sipping my cup-o-joe.

I know my doctor doesn't like me adding sugar, but this is how I stay sweet. 🤣😂

“Bringing Hunter here from West 150th was the best thing that could ever happen I stopped coming to this location for quite a while due to poor service and now because you guys brought Hunter here this is one of my favorite locations again I go to Starbucks multiple times Between a few locationsa day and Hunter is 100% by far one of the best baristas ever!“

“Everyone is nice here and its a good location, but the ice coffee and cold brew always have a weird aftertaste like they use the same containers for some of the pineapple or fruit drinks. I'm not sure what it is but it's off from every other location.“

“There are many supermarkets around here, but I always find myself driving the extra distance to Whole Foods. I like that I can find healthy options, and can trust their brand. I like that there are many vegan options and plant based yogurts. My favorite brand there is the Engine 2 brand, really healthy Whole Foods, from Plant Based burgers to burritos to raviolis to pasta sauces to hommus etc... I only wish their prices were lower. They have improved on some, but would hope they continue.“
