“All varieties of tea paraphernalia - pots, cups, loose tea brewers, etc. All the teas available were in small, well-organized containers to smell. The number of teas available would be overwhelming if the small containers were not there. The staff was very helpful in picking out the tea and helping to decide on quantity to purchase.“

“I go here everyday. The coffee is amazing. Unfortunately the prices keep going up. I was paying $7.35 and now it's $9.00. I've had a few issues with my order being incorrect, but they happily replace it. The staff is very friendly. Especially Andreja and Victoria!!! Those 2 ladies make my day every time I visit. “It’s all about the atmosphere , very family oriented and friendly atmosphere. The hustle and bustle of the place is unusual in these areas . It’s more like entering someone’s backyard gathering. Very warm and inviting . The decor is reflective of a husband who loves surfing and a wife who is boho chic. Wouldn’t usually work but just does .
The latte was a bit overheated , but the cold drinks were yummy although if there is syrup , I’d rather not have extra sugar grains .
The music adds to the vibe , there is outdoor seating .
The location is lovely and has plenty of parking .“

“What a cool place! I was in the mood for coffee and hookah (not feeling cigars today). Glad I found this place. They know hookah mixes and recommended flavors off the menu. Friendly and fast! The cinnamon stick with my latte was a nice touch! I highly recommend it here if you want to plug in and work.

“Such a great coffee shop! The Cafe de Olla is amazing, and the empanadas and guava rolls were equally as impressive! To top it off, the owner is one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. I mentioned that I had kids, and she took the time out of her day to show me around the building and told me all about the art museum’s exhibits (the cafe currently shares a space with the Cleveland Art Museum’s Community Arts Center) that she thought my kids might enjoy. I can’t wait to see all of the additional offerings when the new location opens!“

“Bigmouth Donut Co. has amazing donuts in terms of flavor and variety, but what really makes it special is the space they have designed. You can get the comfort of a living room with the couch and leather chair or you can sit at low- or high-top tables if you want the coffee shop vibe (they have free Wifi for guests). Kelly the owner is so friendly and takes time to get to know customers. The atmosphere is really inviting and comfortable and you can often find yourself striking up a conversation with other customers, the staff, and the owner. They have created a real sense of community here. You may find prices more expensive than what you pay at a chain shop, but remember you're paying for quality product that a chain donut shop can't compete with. You are getting REAL quality donuts with REAL ingredients (amazing fruit fillings that they do not skimp on). I personally find that donuts from chains often have a chemical or artificial taste to them - not Bigmouth donuts - they are made fresh and you can taste the genuine quality of the ingredients. A fun addition to the coffee is the house-made sweet cream which is fantastic. Our favorite donut shop and Rocky River hangout.“
