“My partner and I come here frequently to get coffee but can never get a table due to the various brunch events on the weekend. We love their coffee so we got tickets to one of these events and we’re really disappointed. For $35pp we got a small flight of mimosas (probably 1 regular size put together), 1 chocolate square, 1 oreo sized cookie, 1 crostini, and A QUARTER of a pastry. Not worth the money at all. The staff tried their best to accommodate for a diabetic child that we had with us but there are no substitutions on the brunch menu so we purchased additional food so they could eat with us. Good coffee and friendly staff but I would not get a ticket to a brunch event again. The Taylor Swift brunch is not really child friendly. Come for the coffee, not the event“
“I have read most of the comments, I am shocked! I have been stopping at this Starbucks for a little over 3 years.I have never witnessed anyone ever being rude or any customer ever being mean ?. I don’t understand why humans want to bash a certain place.Maybe they just didn’t like the employees or like the products that were offered.I have been to a lot of Starbucks just saying this is a very good store ?“
“The ladies working the drive-thru at breakfast are fast and friendly. I have been here a few times now as I recently moved to the area, and service has been fast and everyone has been pleasant and smiling. Even the food seems better. They don't over toast the english muffins like so many other Mcdonald's do. I cant speak for lunch, but for breakfast this location is doing wonderful in my opinion.“

“With this DD being right down the street it's my go-to.Their "A Squad" they have working in the mornings and weekends are so phenomenally efficient.It's especially busy on Saturdays I usually make my way there around 10-1030am and there's a drive-thru line nearly out to the street and a packed inside. I won't give you the secret to getting in and out ASAP but you can figure it out.I've always had a good experience here, everyone is great at their job, always are quick to greet you, always nice as possible, if they see you waiting a while they will ask your name and figure out why, and they want nothing but to best serve you quickly.They do so well I've let corporations know how great they are, and I've never gone out of my way to do something like that!Keep up the great work DD Snow Rd. “I decided to go today before work, and I'm sitting inside as I write this. They have a ton of dedication, keeping things going with only 3 people working there. The Drive-Through machine wasn't working, and after countless attempts of getting hold of the boss, one worker got it fixed. I'm proud of them for working hard! Keep up the amazing job! :)“
“The counter personnel are always friendly!! No question there! It is a fast food restaurant, but the atmosphere there is always personable and warm!! You get in and get out! Even when crowded on certain occasions it's not a frustrating or adverse environment at all! Ever!“
“This review is long overdue. I have been eating at this diner for years now. My absolute favorite restaurant and so happy they are family owned and right in our backyard. Always have great food, great service. I always eat here with my family and even take out my employees for lunch. My current favorite dish is the breakfast tacos and club sandwich for lunch.“
