“Came in on a Saturday night and was promptly greeted by the friendly bartender. She made us espresso tonics and an old fashioned, which were all delicious.

This place is a gem! Plenty of seating, warm and cozy, and had a fully stocked bar. They also had pastries (the cookie was good!) I’m excited to come back here during the day- could be a great spot for remote work days.“

“I have been drinking a blend of Caruso’s coffee at my local coffee shop for quite some time, and wanted to enjoy it at home too. About a week and a half ago, I placed my first order of my favorite, Jamaican Me Nuts, with Caruso’s. Due to what was most likely an over-site on my part, I wound up with a different roast. I emailed asking If I could fix it, and the next day got a response from Gayle. She was so kind, and told me they are sending me a bag of Jamaican Me Nuts, right away, on them! Totally unexpected and so appreciated!!! Pretty amazing customer service, along with even more amazing coffee!! It may be my first order, but it sure won’t be my last! Keep up the excellent work, in both your coffee, and your customer service! Thank you Caruso’s! 💕“

“Just a bunch of kind youngsters slinging drinks I love this place because there are endless options to get something you enjoy. I don’t really care for the giant muffin tops and sometimes wish that there’d be more food/snack options. Lastly, PLEASE PROVIDE THEM WEATHER PROTECTING UNIFORMS. It is so so upsetting to see them in the bad weather all cold and wet. That’s definitely something that stops me from coming on a bad day I just feel so bad for them. That’s the only improvement I’d like to see.“

“One of the best hookah places I've ever experienced. The owner and staff have always been friendly, the hookah flavors are good (with a good variety), they have square or instant coals, and I enjoy the atmosphere. The various drinks I've tried have all been great as well. It has never been overly loud (though there is typically music playing inside), and when the weather is decent the outdoor seating is a nice option. I make it a point to visit every time I'm back in the Cleveland area.

I've never had any food here, so I did not leave a rating for that category.“

“Loved their espressos. They change blends from time to time, so if you don’t like it one day, they can have an amazing blend next time you visit. It happened to me and I was very pleasantly surprised.

They also serve each espresso with a glass of San Pellegrino, which is just such a nice touch.“

“Have been several times, tried coffee and sweetened hot coffee drinks . Drip coffee hot and smooth, never tasted bitter or burnt. Sweetened coffee drinks also very good. Customer service respectful, pleasant, polite, and efficient. Overall, a very calm and welcoming atmosphere.“

“My husband and I made reservations for Valentine’s Day for a 5 course meal. We made our selections for each course ahead of time. As you may see in other reviews, this was the first time the restaurant offered this type of service for Valentine’s Day. Our amazing server, Jenn, gave us a heads up that the kitchen was behind.

The food did come out pretty late, but I am still leaving a 5-star review for 4 reasons:

1. The quality of service from our server, Jenn. She was kind, calm, and personable. She kept the wine coming and did a great job of setting our expectations and taking care of us wherever she could.

2. The restaurant’s response to the wait time for food. All of the wine we drank that evening (it was a lot) was fully comped. Then, the restaurant went above and beyond by sending everyone a $50 gift certificate for future use. I don’t think many restaurants would do that.

3. The quality of food when it finally arrived. Yes it took some time to get to our table, but the food was phenomenal! Still dreaming of that filet Oscar. Worth every penny!

4. The wine. Michael Angelo’s has always had amazing wine at an incredible price, and we definitely enjoyed our fair share this particular evening! I can think of a lot worse situations to be in than waiting for a meal with some great wine in the company of my best friend.

Yes there were some hiccups, but we will absolutely be back if they decide to try this type of service again.“

“Located inside Whole Foods, Allegro is a tiny coffee shop with just the essentials that you need to start your day. Allegro coffee has been sustainably sourcing and roasting coffee in Colorado. They are committed to quality with a focus on ethical standards and environmental stewardship as evidenced by their variety of brews and paper straws. The coffee bar includes coffee and teas (hot or cold) juices, smoothies, bowls and they have a self serve organic açaí bowls. The service is fast, friendly and accommodating. The shipping carts at While Foods even have a cup holder for your brew. There is seating outside and up front. I would recommend.“

“Went to the Parma Heights Dunkin' Donuts location and had a great experience. I ordered 2 donuts and 5 hash browns, came home and had breakfast. The best hours to come to Dunkin would be in the morning a little bit after the morning rush, but be sure to give each location time to restock, as they will have to make new donuts and food items per time during the day. I highly recommend the old fashioned donuts as they are simple and taste really good and I also recommend the hash browns as they are so easy to eat and also to warm up at your home if you have a microwave oven. “I just went in this store and had the best service by the sweetest barista Josiah!! My drinks were perfect and he was super friendly… unfortunately while we were talking his manager (name started with an S) shorter dirty looking lady walks up and rudly interrupted us and scolded him for not marking cups. This young man respectfully apologized to her and seemed so uncomfortable. I pulled her aside and told her it’s a holiday she shouldn’t be so mean to her employees in front of customers and wished her a happy Thanksgiving she proceeded to scream at me she hopes I have the worst Thanksgiving ever. 0 stars for her 5 for him“

“Place is great. Definitely think it is very over priced. We like to come here and treat my 2 and a half year old to a cake pop. They're almost 4 bucks for one... but he enjoys them. Coffees always taste pretty good. Dont think it's worth 30 bucks for 2 medium coffees , 2 cake pops, and 2 breakfast sandwiches. But overall satisfied“

“This local coffee shop is a wonderful place to visit. The owner is friendly and really cares about the people who come in. There are plenty of tables and strong internet if you want to work, or you can meet friends for coffee and some food. If you like the fancy coffee drinks, they have plenty of those, but their daily brew is absolutely delicious. Smooth, flavorful and not acidic. Don't stop there because their breakfast sandwich will blow you away. I stopped in for coffee and wanted to grab a bite before starting my day. I ordered an egg and cheese breakfast sandwich on a bagel and totally loved it. The bagel was lightly toasted and the egg was fluffy and scrumptious between melty cheese!
If you're in later or need a fix for a sweet tooth, their cakes and cheesecakes are out of this world. You won't be disappointed!“

I wish people were a little more understanding, as new businesses and their staff are still learning and settling in. I’ve been going to this Biggby regularly since they opened and have consistently had amazing drinks and wonderful service. The women who work here are fantastic—so friendly and welcoming. I even redeemed my first free drink today after saving up points, and they all cheered for me, which truly made my day. I will absolutely continue to support this Biggby, and I encourage others to try it for themselves.“
