Best people at this location! Never a bad drink ... I had a very bad experience at Stow Ohio location this weekend... inexperienced barista and cashier ... I asked for a nonfat caramel latte with reduced pumps because I can't do sweet. Unfortunately, I did not realize how awful it was until I was back on the freeway and had to throw the entire drink away ... it ruined my morning
