“Heartwood is my wife and my go-to place for coffee in Hudson. I'm hesitant to say that because I don't really want it to attract more attention. It's often very busy and difficult to find a table at certain hours. The coffee is excellent and the food is too. We usually go with the quinoa bowl and the yogurt and granola bowl to supplement our coffee. I was a little disappointed yesterday because the tomatoes didn't seem quite right, but all things considered it was great.“

“I was traveling though Hudson the other day and spotted this cozy looking coffee shop. So I parked and headed into the Open Door Coffee Company. I was very impressed with the decorations that adorned the walls. I made my way to the counter to place my order. The staff were polite & professional, taking my order & ensuring it was correct. I grabbed a table to sit & enjoy my coffee. I must say it was a very good cup of coffee. I also got a small hot chocolate & big chocolate chip as well. I noticed that this place is definitely popular, lots of customers getting to-go. I very much enjoyed the very calm and peaceful atmosphere, very easy to relax. I will most definitely return on a weekend for more coffee & cookies. I strongly recommend you give this place a try.“
“I go to this location instead of the one 5 minutes from my house because 1. Their coffee is ALWAYS good (and consistent), 2. The staff is ALWAYS courteous and friendly, and 3. They ALWAYS get me in and out! I always get a hot, medium coffee with cream and sugar and one extra cream. That's how I request it and it's always good! I love this place!Parking: You won't be in there long enough to worry about parking!“

This was me and my family's second time here. We've tried The chef salad, humus and veggie tray, cheese sandwich, Sausage egg and cheese mcmuffin, blueberry and banana nut muffins, chocolate chip cookies, cinnamon bun, root beer float, and mango smoothie. “Highly recommend! Slightly pricey but well worth it! We got a dark chocolate hot cocoa along with a mint hot Cocoa topped with whipped cream ,sprinkles and peppermint flakes. We also bought a tuxedo muffin which was so sweet and delicious. The muffin was chocolate with a cream cheese swirl. Service was out of this world. We got our order taken with such knowledge and enthusiasm. Better hot cocoa than Starbucks that's for sure!“
“My favorite giant eagle/market district. Large selection. It's like giant eagle on steroids'. I come here almost every week. Their sushi is much better than the ones at a regular giant eagle. I prefer this store over whole foods and heinen's because it's less stressful and the people are nicer.“

“I’ve only been there once and it was a long time ago and really enjoyed everything about our visit. Went up there this morning March 30, 2024 and couldn’t find it. Attempted to call but no answer. Hope they’re still open, but definitely exterior signage needs to be improved. We must’ve circled area for five minutes with no luck.“

They are committed to quality with a focus on ethical standards and environmental stewardship as evidenced by their variety of brews and paper straws. The coffee bar includes coffee and teas (hot or cold) juices, smoothies, bowls and they have a self serve organic açaí bowls. The service is fast, friendly and accommodating. The shipping carts at While Foods even have a cup holder for your brew. There is seating outside and up front. I would recommend.“
“Been here twice with business colleagues. First time tried a wrap then on my second visit tried a salad. Salads are fantastic. Large sized and loaded with a delicious variety of ingredients. A little pricey for lunch but very quality food. Sometimes you have to treat yourself!!“

“I have to say, I was extremely impressed by the workers here and wanted to make sure I expressed that in this review. I stopped by in the morning on a Tuesday and ordered through the mobile app in the parking lot because they appeared busy. Not even 3 minutes after I put my latte and food order in, it was ready. I was shocked. I walked in the shop and even though it was busy all workers were very in sync and hustling hard to attend to customers. It was impressive. And they all had smiles on their faces and looked like they were having fun. It made my morning honestly. So shout out to them!“
