“I really like this location, the drinks are always made very well. Although I did go in to the store and after ordering a mobile order, I ordered a pink drink with a splash of peach juice and when I received it the beverage was not filled all the way. I was very confused because it also happened to the person I was with as well, we both ordered venti drinks.“

“Cute little cafe; has both indoor and outdoor seating. The employees are generally nice, though somewhat aloof, but it's doubtful there will ever be a messy customer-employee interaction here; it's not the vibe of town. The drinks are pretty gifs and flavorful, though small and rather overpriced. I've been there several times, and you can expect a 10-12oz beverage to cost $5.50-7. They don't do large sizes. Their non dairy milk subs will unfortunately cost you an extra 1.50(?) which for someone who's lactose intolerant like myself is pretty disappointing. I love supporting local coffee shops, but this one drains my pockets a little too much to make it a regular destination.They have some nice bakery items including 1-2 gluten free treats, which is great. If you want to stretch your legs, work off some of that maple latte, or extend a day date, there are also little woodsy trails across the street to meander, as well as a new (belive it was finished in 2023) community park trail around a retention pond lake. If you're willing to spend some money, it's a good way to spend a couple hours!

I tried the creme brûlée boba tea with oat milk, cheese foam and extra boba. It was DELICIOUS! The barista let me sample the cheese foam before committing, and it was a lovely creamy topper for my drink. The ordering process was pretty easy on the tablet at the counter. I really liked that I could specify the sugar level of the tea! I chose 50% less sugar and it was perfect. We tried the coconut bunny bun, taro bread, mango and strawberry cakes. Everything was so good. The cakes were pillowy soft with fluffy icing, beautiful to look at and not overly sweet. Will definitely be coming back for more ?“

“Really cute place right on the town square where I stopped on a road trip with my family visiting from New Zealand. The staff were incredibly friendly (wish I'd gotten their names!) and even offered us flat whites (a popular style of coffee in New Zealand). The coffees were among the best on our trip, and we will always fondly remember this spot. A must-visit if you're passing through Chagrin Falls!“

“I've been coming to Heartwood (all locations) for a couple years now and NO CAFE in Ohio beats their coffee. I'm super picky about my coffee (how acidic, bitter, notes, etc) and I have tried almost all cafes around Cleveland and none of them compare to Heartwood - even beats Rising Star... The service is always so good and quick with super kind/welcoming employees, and the owner is always smiling! I absolutely adore the decor and vibe the cafe locations offer. It's the perfect place for a solo date, brunch/lunch, work spot, meeting, etc! I LOVE LOVE LOVE Heartwood and wish there was one closer to my city (Broadview Heights). I recommend this company to everyone looking for the best coffee (local and out of state)! Do yourself a favor and RUN to Heartwood now because I promise you all not regret it!“

All other restaurants should take some notes ? in person or mobile ordering even in the rush of the morning or lunch hour, they are super quick, accurate and friendly. They are committed to quality with a focus on ethical standards and environmental stewardship as evidenced by their variety of brews and paper straws. The coffee bar includes coffee and teas (hot or cold) juices, smoothies, bowls and they have a self serve organic açaí bowls. The service is fast, friendly and accommodating. The shipping carts at While Foods even have a cup holder for your brew. There is seating outside and up front. I would recommend.“

All the baristas have always been lovely, and I've never had a bad drink from here! They're often on the slower side, but that's because they're RIGHT NEXT TO THE TURNPIKE, which was conveniently left out in the bad reviews. They're great, but if you're in a rush I'd recommend holding off on that coffee. They absolutely get the turnpike traffic!“
