I come here at least once a week to get a cold brew and the girls here are absolutely amazing, I’ve never had a single problem with my order and they’re super sweet. They’re also the only Dunkin that gets my coffee right
Whoever's idea it was to put a brand new employee on the cash register during a weekend rush should honestly be demoted. Even when a manager came to help, my order was still placed wrong, I was charged for something I didn't even get. And when there's a line for the drive through, it blocks people who parked to walk in. Not the fault of the staff, just bad layout design.
