When I walked in the lady at the front counter didn't even greet or speak to me and when I sat down to wait on my food once I ordered my food the table was dirty with coffee stains and crumbs. It wasnt fresh stains it was hard and dry. So haven't wiped the the tables in a while. And also the door was stained up with finger prints.

Handed me a leaky cup of coffee. Which they clearly knew about cause they tried to hide it with the order sticker that they put on that cups. Ended up all over me and my car. Thankfully it was iced, otherwise they would’ve had an even bigger problem. Don’t go here.

Whoever's idea it was to put a brand new employee on the cash register during a weekend rush should honestly be demoted. Even when a manager came to help, my order was still placed wrong, I was charged for something I didn't even get. And when there's a line for the drive through, it blocks people who parked to walk in. Not the fault of the staff, just bad layout design.

Upon being greeted at the drive thru this morning I heard no response after placing my order...waited a little bit and then said hello? There was still no response so I drove up to the window where the associate said: "We don't have an order for you!" Really?! You asked me for my order and I provided it to you so what exactly are you people doing over there when people are placing their orders? Probably would have been better to just ask again what my order was instead of acting dumb! The issues continue at this location. I would recommend others to visit locations other then Twinsburg and Streetsboro as they have had a history of poor customer service.

I come to this dunkin on a regular basis since it’s right down the road from my work. I adore the girls that work the mornings. I do a mobile order every time, and each time I walk in they all say “hi Jamie!” they make every visit feel personable and always go above and beyond ❤️ not to mention they make my coffee perfect every time :)
Friendly staff especially at 6 am on a Sat. Donuts are fresh. Bagels are expensive.

I ordered a wrap with bacon and eggs. In my wrap was something hard and sharp. I returned it and was told by the manager that she thought it was a piece of cheese that got hard in there new oven. IT ABSOLUTELY WAS NOT CHEESE. It was hard as plastic but almost had the appearance of a fingernail. My money was returned but I felt they minimized the situation. Not to mention I waited a long time to get my food.
