“This Starbucks, not the employees fault, has the worst drive through/park setup up. if you park it’s nearly impossible to back up and get out. I recommend drive through only. But aside from that, I ordered a drink and breakfast sandwich and upon leaving realized I got the wrong sandwich. Right when I turned around and walked in to exchange, the drive through said “we knew as soon as you pulled away, here you go!” That was a nice greeting and great customer service. “Best McDonald’s in Northeast Ohio! First time using the in-store ordering Kiosk. Super easy, was able to add a mobile coupon with no problem. The food is made exactly how I remember McDonald’s food. Quick, easy, and delicious. Proper amounts of sauce and the fries were hot. Most McDonald’s locations are lost - this is one of the few left that do it right!“

They make HOMEMADE fresh brown sugar boba and you notice right away. It’s delicious. I was watching one of them pour in the boba into the kettle! so amazing!Flavors are great and they have a wonderful variety for everyone!So i can’t wait to go back and try other drinks!One of the best boba places around❤️“
