“I was traveling though Hudson the other day and spotted this cozy looking coffee shop. So I parked and headed into the Open Door Coffee Company. I was very impressed with the decorations that adorned the walls. I made my way to the counter to place my order. The staff were polite & professional, taking my order & ensuring it was correct. I grabbed a table to sit & enjoy my coffee. I must say it was a very good cup of coffee. I also got a small hot chocolate & big chocolate chip as well. I noticed that this place is definitely popular, lots of customers getting to-go. I very much enjoyed the very calm and peaceful atmosphere, very easy to relax. I will most definitely return on a weekend for more coffee & cookies. I strongly recommend you give this place a try.“
“I was looking s forward to a pumpkin spice latte and the gentleman at the til told me it was discontinued-boo! I settled on a cinnamon dolce and was disappointed. I do like to go in once in awhile to sit by the fire and enjoy my hot pumpkin drink so I will have to wait until nxt season. Also, they did not sell coffee pods or my favourite coffee??Kid-friendliness: This Starbucks does not seem to b child friendly at all; I am surprised this option is given?“
“McDonald's used to be pretty affordable and I could feel good about spending less than $10 to have breakfast today I went there and 41 single breakfast sandwich it was over $6 what is this world coming to. It seems like just overnight prices in this country have quadrupled. But of course my pay Has not quadrupled. Please lower your prices once again so that the average Working man does not have to spend $20 for a fast food breakfast“
“Wonderful and kind staff!Their little breads and pastries are amazing. Just so good and fluffy with lots of flavor. You can truly taste how fresh it is!Now their boba tea! They make HOMEMADE fresh brown sugar boba and you notice right away. It’s delicious. I was watching one of them pour in the boba into the kettle! so amazing!Flavors are great and they have a wonderful variety for everyone!So i can’t wait to go back and try other drinks!One of the best boba places around❤️“
“We’re very kind and even talked to me after I ordered while they were making a very delicious matcha. Loved how they made it the traditional way and not with some dumb electric wisk. The entire shop felt very comforting and a very peaceful atmosphere.“

“I’ve been here half a dozen times but am yet to leave a review. There really isn’t much to say that hasn’t already been said—delicious coffee, inviting atmosphere, and excellent customer service. Though it can be a bit crowded at busy times, I’ve never failed to find a seat to sit to do some work and enjoy my beverage. The plants are lovely, bathroom is always clean, and personally, I feel like the music has always been on point. The last thing with mentioning is that I typically don’t care about customer service. I don’t go to any place of business for anyone to be over-the-top and chatty and smiley and happy all the time. But when I come here, the moment I open the door, I’m greeted, and often the barista with red hair is caught in my gaze smiling warmly at me and welcoming me. It’s one of the very few customer service interactions which seems unforced and completely organic. I’ll happily patronize your coffee shop anytime I’m down in the Merriman Valley. Please keep doing the little things right that you’ve already perfected.“
“Big fan of this place! The Chai is amazing, atmosphere is great, and staff are friendly. I've loved the avocado tartine (toast) and the chocolate pistachio cookies! Perfect place to relax!Vegetarian options: Tartines are my favorite!Parking: Closest parking is street meters and otherwise it's a little bit of a hunt.“
“This is one of my favorite coffee shops in the Northeast Ohio area. They are always friendly, the place is cozy, located close to all sorts of other interesting things and they have an amazing tea selection.I'm sad that I don't live closer because I would love to spend more time there. Highly recommended!“
“Heartwood is my wife and my go-to place for coffee in Hudson. I'm hesitant to say that because I don't really want it to attract more attention. It's often very busy and difficult to find a table at certain hours. The coffee is excellent and the food is too. We usually go with the quinoa bowl and the yogurt and granola bowl to supplement our coffee. I was a little disappointed yesterday because the tomatoes didn't seem quite right, but all things considered it was great.“
