“I’ve been here half a dozen times but am yet to leave a review. There really isn’t much to say that hasn’t already been said—delicious coffee, inviting atmosphere, and excellent customer service. Though it can be a bit crowded at busy times, I’ve never failed to find a seat to sit to do some work and enjoy my beverage. The plants are lovely, bathroom is always clean, and personally, I feel like the music has always been on point. The last thing with mentioning is that I typically don’t care about customer service. I don’t go to any place of business for anyone to be over-the-top and chatty and smiley and happy all the time. But when I come here, the moment I open the door, I’m greeted, and often the barista with red hair is caught in my gaze smiling warmly at me and welcoming me. It’s one of the very few customer service interactions which seems unforced and completely organic. I’ll happily patronize your coffee shop anytime I’m down in the Merriman Valley. Please keep doing the little things right that you’ve already perfected.“

“I needed a new bakery to make a special Bible cake we have always purchased for baptisms in the family. Jossi's did not disappoint!! Everyone loved the beautiful design. We ordered almond cake flavor with raspberry mouse filling, whipped cream frosting and buttercream decorations. It was the best bible cake yet! Looking forward to ordering again. “I live near Tallmadge. I had an appointment in Brecksville, and on the way home, I just had to stop in for the eggnog gelato! It was perfect! Their selection of flavors is wonderful. They have food and specialty coffees also. I'm planning to take a trip back with my daughter for lunch soon. Great place!“
“Nothing was open as it was very early when I arrived. However, the restroom was open and clean. Very spacious inside. Property was well lit, inside and out. Two different entrances that I noticed and used. Cleaning staff were there late night/early morning.“

“We've been ordering Caruso Coffee wholesale for a few years now. The sales staff is always very helpful to give suggestions on coffee that matches our needs or familiar flavor profiles. Our favorite is Café Italiano for Espresso and Hylander Grogg for our drip machine or pour-overs. We've also tried smaller batches of Ethiopian Yirgaheffe and Jamaican Blue Mountain. All varieties we've had are fantastic.“

“Everything was fresh and the McDonald's girl even gave me medium frie free because we both agreed they were way over priced when my bill was only 6 something and it jumped to 10 something after I ordered them. She smiled and cancelled them. She might have noticed I am homeless at this point in my life due to life circumstances because my boyfriend and I's white Silverado diesel truck was packed to the bone with a lot of our belongings. I wish we were at a better spot in our lives but it really makes me say "I'm loving it" when a true stranger does the smallest gesture for you and your day gets better.
