The waits in the drive thru are too long every time I come. The customer service needs to be more speed efficient. 20 minute waits for 4 cars is too long. I have waited at the window 4 minutes just to receive bread loaf. Please work on time.

Starbucks Coffee Company on Portage Trail in Cuyahoga Falls is a great stop. The drive thru is well laid out and easy to navigate. There is thoughtful landscaping that adds a nice touch while you wait in line. Plenty of free parking in the huge lot makes things convenient. Service is always fantastic and friendly. The staff is polite, professional, helpful, and energetic. Orders are done quickly, often in 10 minutes or less, and the drink is always perfect. Customers trust this location to make iced chai latte right. The mocha Frappuccino is delicious and the flow is good. Baristas are kind even though the place has a high turnover rate and many new people. When customers are kind, baristas may add extra cold foam or an extra cake pop. Some customers find Starbucks skimpy on food compared to Dunkin donuts, which gives what you pay for. Overall, this Starbucks offers friendly service, quick drive thru, and tasty drinks.
