My son made a mistake on a mobile order. We had to drive from ravenna to get Our Food. The manager made sure we had fresh food and no waste for the restaurant. I feel she went above and beyond. Great service and I will definitely be back. Thank you for the awesome customer service. 😆

Arby's at Cuyahoga Falls State Road offers friendly service and hot, well-made food. While some customers enjoyed the 1/2 lb sandwich and chicken strips, others were disappointed with the fries. This location stands out for serving jalapeño poppers and generously providing double meat when paid for. Customers praise the Arby's for its consistently hot and fresh food, as well as the amazing service provided by the wonderful and professional employees. The 2 fish for $7 menu item is a customer favorite, known for its generous portion size and satisfying taste. Overall, this Arby's is considered the best in the area, impressing customers with its speed, cleanliness, and freshness.
