Service is always good but drinks are never consistent. Coffee on my last couple visits tastes watered down. Can’t justify the price for the product received.

Waited almost 30 minutes for a simple latte, finally it’s made. Then it realize they made me a grande not a venti, I explained to the girl “I’ve waited 25 minutes and this isn’t even right” and she said “that’s okay”. Excuse me? Not even an apology. Pos

Easily one of the best Starbucks in Northeast Ohio. The drive thru moves quickly, the drinks are made accurately, and the staff is nice. I've personally never had a bad experience here.

This is a great Starbucks stop. It’s usually pretty busy in the drive-thru but moves fast. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
We ordered the wrong thing and she could tell we were confused. It was completely our fault but she could tell just by our reactions what we needed. And she whipped it right up for us!

Waited 15 mins for a cold brew then an additional 10 for a hot sandwhich and cake pop. I watched my food sit there for 7 mins while the red head drive thru girl was texting on her nasty phone touching people’s drinks and food LOL. Nonetheless everyone looked like they hated their lives. Around 11am too when it’s not that busy. Didn’t get my sweet cold foam either after getting a $10 drink. Might as well save yourself the trouble and head to another location. I’ll be fully avoiding this one from now on.
