I’ve been here half a dozen times but am yet to leave a review. There really isn’t much to say that hasn’t already been said—delicious coffee, inviting atmosphere, and excellent customer service. Though it can be a bit crowded at busy times, I’ve never failed to find a seat to sit to do some work and enjoy my beverage. Portal West is out favorite coffee in the area. The espresso drinks and teas are absolutely delicious and they have such fun seasonal offerings. The baristas are always so cheerful and kind. The inside is modern and cozy. Can’t say enough good things about Portal!

The best coffee and atmosphere, right on the towpath trail to get a walk and stop in. The coffee is so smooth and is delicious while all the employees make sure to say hi and work on remembering your name. My new go-to spot.
