I sadly do not know his name but he was working the drive thru window on Wednesday 12/23. I also visited this location a few weeks before & the same guy was working the window. Young, dark hair & VERY friendly! His customer service skills are excellent, he was quick & even the second time my drink was iced & not hot he quickly made it right. It’s peaceful and quiet and relaxing
I can’t believe they are paying 10.25 an hour for young girls to have terrible attitudes and not trained to make an iced coffee right. I threw it in the trash on the way out after having her remake it. I got a small iced coffee with almond milk and pumpkin. It was all milk, a splash of coffee, and zero pumpkin. It’s bad enough there’s no drive thru...
