This is a cleaner McDonald’s for being in the Akron area. My only problem, is people coming in from the outside asking for money. I understand Akron has a homeless problem, but it makes it hard to enjoy sitting down for fast food. Highly recommended drive-through. It really does seem to be a clean store.
Service at this McDs varies wildly. One day I'll get super great service, next week it's almost abusive, 2 days later just ok service. However, more often than not, the service and food just suck. A typical experience is the drive thru employee sticking their hand out the window, bag (my order) in hand. Not a glance and certainly no thank you. Not a word, just a bag in hand and silence. The only time the order is correct is when I order chicken. Half of the employees are rude. Especially when they have to correct an order. The food isn't worth the cost. Convenience has a cost I'd rather not experience.
