Gal on the front counter was super friendly! Really enjoyed my half pound roast beef sandwich, potato cakes and jamocha shake! I couldn't have made the food any better if I had made it myself! (I worked for Arby's for 29 years!) This was the 1st time I had tried this location. Yummy!
Genuinely one of the best Arby’s I’ve been to (and that’s saying something from a Youngstown native). Place is very clean. Manager Jacob is very friendly and has a great attitude. Exactly the type of person you want serving your food! Will come in here for lunch whenever possible! :)
I went in here a week ago and the service was wonderful, the workers were very sweet and polite, asking if I needed anything to make sure I wasn't waiting on a cup or anything while my food was made. The wait was not long, and I was pleased that the conversation between workers was pleasant not vulgar or inappropriate. They had smiles while working it was just an all around great trip to this Arby's.

The manager and crew work together to ensure orders are made correctly and quickly, even with customizations. The restaurant is kid-friendly with a kids' menu, and the strawberry lemonade is a recommended favorite. The food is always fresh and ready quickly. All the staff are professional, organized and incredibly friendly. The cashiers are sometimes a little mean, but for the most part, the food is always fresh and delicious. The jalapeno bites are amazing. This Arby's location is the best for a quick, fresh and satisfying meal.
