There should be a different spot for people are standing for orders to eat in they should have a spot where people who order food should be on a different rack and should not stay in line to wait for it that is why people order on the phone online to pick up and go not stand in line and wait.“

At any rate, the customer in front of me was returning his food and wanted to file a complaint about it. The young fella gave the customer all the proper information and did so in a very courteous and very professional manner. I was impressed and I tip my hat to him. Usually don't see good customer service from younger generations these days.

I found the store to be clean tidy fast and efficient. Why does the store have such a low score?“

“Tried ordering online so I could get the promotions they had online only but my app kept signing me out and taking forever to load took me almost 15 mins to finally order food for 3 people just to have it not accept it because they stopped taking online orders an hr before they closed which was at 1 and I tried hitting complete order at 12:02 I called that store and spoke with someone by 12:04 when they explained all this to me I told them what had happened and asked if there was anything they could do to still be able to honor those online only order deals the guy I spoke with said no there was noway to change anything and nothing he could do as he rushed to hang up. I feel like 1 they should have more advertising of the online cut off hours so people don't waste there time and if there app is malfunctioning I don't see why I should have had to pay full price then. But for being they closed within the next hour the food was hot and fresh and worker at drive thru asked and gave all condiments needed.“

“You might drive by this place and decide it looks sketch, but don't let the outside fool you. Every employee I have come across is nice and they try really hard to make you good quality food. Ordered 2 items, it got both incorrect. They made the correct items. The bot is WAY too loud and impersonal. You can forget any special instructions. I will go there less.

“I feel im being generous w these stars, for the fallowing reasons.. im nastalgic to this location been coming here since i was a kid we werent raised on fast food so this place is a treat still to this day. Everytime i try to pre order on ap this is the only location that does not work, on the plus side the icecream & milkshakes are always available & at other locations the icecream machiene isnt working. i like that mcdonalds coca cola is consistantly perfect, above the rest in any restaraunt. Enough about me, i would like to give a lil heads up to whomever reads this to possibly avoid certian, or prepare for, the fallowing "for sure" things if you are in a wheelchair, the double doors couldnñmmcvñ be a challenge- i would suggest curbside- if you magic & mmɓvɓɓ“

Despite my order taking 10 minutes longer than usual, the staff were friendly and not condescending whatsoever - and the burger was delicious and cooked properly.
