“My daughter and I stopped in today for the first time. The tea we got was soooo good and we are not tea drinkers. Here is only place we will get tea. The atmosphere and vibes are very chill. Five Guys recently switched from serving fries in cups to using paper bags, and it caused some confusion about portion sizes. Ben immediately stepped in, listened, and rectified the issue right away without any hesitation or attitude. He was calm, professional, and made sure everything was handled fairly and correctly.

I really appreciate how he turned a potentially frustrating moment into a great experience. Ben is exactly the kind of employee you hope to run into. Five Guys is lucky to have him.“

“Mobile order placed and arrived at the scheduled pickup time. I believe it was Mike that was VERY busy, rushing to take orders, make the food for walk in customers, and also making sure that mobile orders are completed. He appeared to be by himself for the majority of the time untill it was the cook that came in (probably from a break). Mike was being as professional and friendly and hurried to get 3 separate orders completed before mine was the next in line. I did have to wait about 7-10 minutes past where my mobile order should have been completed but I could tell Mike was doing his best and making sure that everyone was taken care of. Thank you Mike for your professionalism and your awareness of how urgently orders needed to go out. I hope there is more support for you in the evenings!“

“Only been a few times, but quick service and great food every time. It’s Arbys, so don’t expect anything gourmet, still much better than most other “fast food” options. Use the app and you can bypass the drive through and pick up your food in as little as a few minutes.“

But I went today and the cashier seemed to be irritated as I was figuring out my order ,rolled her eyes and seemed like we were taking up her precious time. “We have always loved the hamburgers, however the last two visits we not very good. The buns were hard and somewhat stale. The burger cooked almost to a crisp. Not sure if it is a new cook, manager or meat, but it is not the same. Onion rings were good . The young lady was very nice and efficient.“

“This Arby's location is pretty good most of the time. They do miss something in my online order from time to time, and I have to go in. But, they are always polite and quick to get what I am missing. Inside is usually clean ans I often see an employee wiping tables or sweeping the floor.“

“Taco Bell is my favorite fast food restaurant so I've been to many. You'd be surprised but there is quite the variance in quality from Taco Bell to Taco Bell. I've been to this one many times because it's close to me. Their quality has been very consistent. I can only think of a handful of times where they either forgot an item (which they fixed without question) or had lower than normal quality like not properly filling a crunchwrap. And their staff has always been friendly to us. All in all, this location stands out above other Taco Bells I've been to.
I've tried the Taco Bell that's just south of this location off Massillon Road a couple of times and never again. The difference in quality between the 2 locations is astounding and the one off Massillon is not worth going to, even if it's closer.“

“Just moved to area; confined to a wheelchair; the sidewalks and drive very easy and safe . “I ordered sandwiches from Sam’s Club a week before I needed them for a funeral. I expected approximately 50 people. The day before the event, I stopped into Sam’s Club to confirm my order. At first, they couldn’t find the order. Then, after finding it, informed me that they had a staff shortage and couldn’t fulfill my full order. And the only reason they could fill it partially was because they were making those sandwiches anyway to go out in the refrigerator section. No empathy, no concern. Jimmy John’s came to the rescue! “This Pizza Hut is way better than the rest! Somehow my order got spilt up and they didn’t get the second half but I was still charged. At another Pizza Hut I know they would have told me to take it up with corporate but not this one! They quickly made me the rest of my order without giving me any hassle ! They are awesome!“

“We came here today for lunch. As we got here, we were instantly able to order our sandwiches. The ladies that took our order and made our sandwiches were extremely nice and our sandwiches were made quickly and efficiently. At checkout, we got 2 drinks as part of our meals. After that, I went to get my ice and noticed black specks in the cup in the ice. I then dumped out that cup and refilled with more ice and found more black specks in my ice. My party also got ice in their drink and also found black specks. We then went up to the counter to let them know what happened. They were extremely apologetic and kind and let us grab bottles of Soda from the vending machine. After that, 5 minutes later, we were eating our sandwiches (which were absolutely delicious and made with quality), we saw a woman, who we think was the manager, come over and instantly put the ice machine out of service and proceeded to start deep cleaning the machine from about when we started eating, to after when we left (at least 15 minutes later). I now love this Subway. The employees genuinely care about issues and concerns, the food was delicious, service was immaculate, and all the employees were working very hard. I will be back.“

“I love this McDonalds for its Play Place and staff!! The workers are always so pleasant and helpful and the place is super clean. The guy who maintains it is ALWAYS working and you can tell! The Play Place is the biggest around the area and they have a big open space where the kids can run around and dance.“

Parking: Large shopping plaza, so plenty of parking. But it's a bit unclear where to enter the lot from Hawkins (not the restaurants fault).“

“Tonight we got some delivery and unfortunately most of our order had gotten left at the store. I called in and I forget the young lady’s name but she was super apologetic and helpful. Immediately set up to have the rest delivered and threw in an extra full stuffed crust pizza AND an extra 2-liter. Supreme customer service!! Also the doordash driver for the first part of delivery didn’t really seem to care about the situation but the Papa John’s driver that brought the rest was absolutely amazing!“
