You can take out or if you decide to eat there, they will bring out a tray to stick on your window to hold your food.“

If it were crispy and there were additional sauces to choose from it would be tolerable. Considering its overpricedand very underwhelming I will not be back. “We stopped today around 5pm and since it just opened, we for sure thought it would be chaotic. Everything was so well thought out and the SPD was there just in case. “Dq was at a local school handing out free ice cream sandwiches to the community at basketball game. Nice gesture UNTIL I heard how I would assume the owner(Randy) of that DQ was speaking to a 7yr old. Was very disrespectful and inconsiderate of the age of the child in the manor he handled a situation. The young child's parents and grandparents were near and readily available in any way if needed. Disappointed to see this behavior from a business (a grown adult) that I would hope had good intentions. 🤷‍♀️“

“We have been going here for years even before the new owners. The last four times we were there I always ask for the gravy HOT, since almost every place sends it out just warm. If you microwave after it's on the biscuits it ruins the biscuits. anyway I was about ready to quit going there, and my wife suggested we try one more time. Peyton served us and I relayed my message to her. She personally made sure the cook got the message, and it came out Hot as well as my wife's omelet which she orders with half cheese which rarely happens. I always suspected the cook wasn't getting the message from the other server. Hats off to Peyton for saving a long time customer. Thank you“

The atmosphere is happy and fun when ordering, love the free salted peanuts while waiting, the service is amazing because you are never pushed to order quickly, the order taker take their time to make sure that they get everything you want on your order, WOW, what a concept. Your meal comes out fresh hot, and to your specifications, with Five Guys wonderful flavor, MMM yes. I truly enjoyed my experience at Five Guys and can't wait to return, very soon.“

“This Arby's location is pretty good most of the time. They do miss something in my online order from time to time, and I have to go in. But, they are always polite and quick to get what I am missing. Inside is usually clean ans I often see an employee wiping tables or sweeping the floor.“

“I can't say anything about atmosphere because it is super cold and I was at the drive thru. The girl at the window was nice and the service was quick and accurate. I've had a few mistakes with this Rally's but it was a different crew. Food was hot and freshly made and that means a lot after just getting off work.“

“This is a really good Arby's. It is very clean. We came in for lunch and every empty table was clean, which is something you don't see often. The food was good and everything was hot. The manager and employees were nice and it is a well-run place.“

“First time back in 15 years. I didn't even know they opened up here! (I live 35min away) came a little later in the evening (8:15pm) unfortunately I got what was left of the bottom of the barrel and scraps. HOWEVER, friendly service, place was clean, Queso and chips are bomb!! Everything here still has so much more flavor than Chipotle. Not to mention way more options to choose from and no additional charge for guacamole or queso on your entree. I worked at Qdoba in Macedonia as one of my first jobs almost 20 years ago. It's definitely a little bit different now, but im so glad to see Qdoba is back in business!!! Can't wait to go back, to treat my mom & son! <3 they're going to love it.“

“Easily one of two of my favorite Arby's to frequent when I have a hankering for it. This and the Kent location are my goto's. They are both well kept and clean as far as I can tell on the inside but always clean on the outside. I haven't been inside of one in years so I have no comments on it. Other than that, they have plenty of parking and alway provide consistantly speedy service. I rarely have any mistakes on my orders. Staff seem to have a better attitude overall at most Arby's too. My personal favorites are beef and cheddars and their og curly fries.“

“I had to be up very very late at night and I hadn't eaten. There's a Taco Bell in literally in my backyard, on Graham road, but I've had bad experiences there so I went to the Kent location by the airport which was several miles away. The person I dealt with at the window and for the order was Zachary. What a nice young man. I was working really late in the 3:00 a.m. hour. He is just the nicest and sweetest person. This is what customer service is all about. Nobody knows what people are going through and he's just such a nice person and did such a great job on my order. I can't say enough about it. This young man needs a raise and a promotion. They actually care. Whenever I want Taco Bell this is the location I'm going to be going to from now on because it's better than all the rest of them and I've been to many. “The guys at this location are fantastic!! I had called in an order and apparently called the wrong store. It was almost closing time and I asked if they could make my order because I wouldn’t make it to the other location before they closed.
They had cleaned the grill and slicer and the sweet kid behind the counter said sure.
I felt bad.
But they all were super sweet and accommodated me for my 2 sandwiches.
The manager should give those guys a raise!!

“This place was amazing! we were so thankful to find out they offered gluten free subs! that is awesome when you have 2 out of 5 people in your family with Celiacs Disease. they do not have a kids meal gluten free bread though, but they still gave us the kids price. it was seriously such a blessing because you cant order food for everyone and tell the 6 year old too bad you cant eat here. we appreciated that they also sold gluten free cookies to go with the kids meal! seriously, this place is amazing and we do plan on returning.“
