Food was delicious and fresh. Took a little longer but totally worth the wait!
Always hot and fresh. Mmmmmmmmmm
Tastes the same as 25 years ago, cleanest I have EVER seen it, and one of very few still in operation.

Mr. Hero is a great spot for a quick hot sandwich, with staff who know what they're doing. The Sicilian parmesan is a standout favorite. The franchise has a reputation for consistently good food, with friendly and courteous staff who make sure orders are correct, despite sometimes having accents that can be difficult to understand. Customers have noted the very clean seating area, even though it is small. Orders are made to order, ensuring hot and fresh food, making it a reliable choice for take-out. Their super fast service and the ability to order online add to the convenience, making it a popular choice for many.
