Dq was at a local school handing out free ice cream sandwiches to the community at basketball game. Nice gesture UNTIL I heard how I would assume the owner(Randy) of that DQ was speaking to a 7yr old. Was very disrespectful and inconsiderate of the age of the child in the manor he handled a situation. The young child's parents and grandparents were near and readily available in any way if needed. I live in Streetsboro and always have gone to this Dairy Queen. The young lady Brielle that works there is the absolute best. She is so kind and helpful. The last time I was there I ordered the Peanut Buster Parfait and it looked like a work of art. All to find out it was her favorite thing to make. Thank you for this amazing treat.
Natalie was phenomenal and she presents the utmost customer service. Our blizzards were wrong and before we could even ask for remakes she presented us with the option for replacements and did it with a smile!
