“Dq was at a local school handing out free ice cream sandwiches to the community at basketball game. Nice gesture UNTIL I heard how I would assume the owner(Randy) of that DQ was speaking to a 7yr old. Was very disrespectful and inconsiderate of the age of the child in the manor he handled a situation. The young child's parents and grandparents were near and readily available in any way if needed. Disappointed to see this behavior from a business (a grown adult) that I would hope had good intentions. 🤷‍♀️”

“Never had this until I moved to Ohio in February. I definitely feel like I was missing out! Waffle fries AND cheese sauce and the buttered steak and cheese (i think thats what its called) is OMG DELICIOUS. I was hesitant about the roman burger but it is really good and should definitely be tried.”

“This is my local restaurant. Went there on Wednesday after pre-ordering the day before on Tuesday for a pickup of (2) lunch $8.99 meals and a $6.99 biscuits and gravy for me and my elderly friend Barb in Parma for Thanksgiving Thursday. When I arrived, my order was not ready. Mr. Ricky Vincik (Certified Trainer) offered me a free loaf of dessert bread to compensate for the mistake carry out person's mistake. Seeing that it cost the same as the biscuits and gravy I already ordered, I asked if I could just have that. He agreed. That's how you satisfy a customer! Keep this guy!”

“How anyone wouldn't rate 5 stars on taste and texture of the ice and custard alone blows my mind. Their custard has a magical texture and phenomenal taste. The ice is the best I've ever had. That said the employees could be a little more consistency making the different items they offer. I often order 4 of the same gelaties for the family and some will have mostly custard barely any ice and the others vice versa or a small dollop of one flavor of ice and heaps of the other. Finally the employees don't seem to be very patient being kind of pushy when I'm ordering even if I'm the only one in the store showing a not so friendly attitude, but none of that really matters because they have a far superior product to anywhere else around. The custard and ice are just the best. So delicious and the texture is pure magic. Keep it up”

“We dine here a lot for the salad bar. They recently took the honey mustard off of the bar, but when we go there the workers always get it graciously from the back. We are always greeted with a smile by a gentlemen that I cannot remember his name (so sorry). He is never standing around and is always working hard on things. He is great with the customers. Wonderful place to eat.”
