We don't have these where I'm from (near Rochester, NY) so I decided to stop in and see if the hype was real. Not disappointed! The chicken was a good mix of crispy, tender, and flavorful- there were a few mystery bits, but that just adds to the authenticity. The walk up counter isn't set up very well for customers for they order and take 3stepback from register software you come into order your standing behind someone who already ordered then the drink station is cramped also.

Great service and all employees are nice. However, the food is not. The chicken is not crispy and it has almost no flavor. The fries are exactly the same way, soggy and flavorless. If you want to somewhat enjoy your meal, you have to absolutely smother everything in the sauce.
