“Family and I tried this diner a little over a year ago when we moved to stow we have been going ever since. Food has been great every time. Service is always great. I worked and managed a restaurant for 10+ years it is not easy to keep everyone happy I wouldn't pay any of the negative reviews any attention they do a great job here and have forever earned our business! “I had a long day today and the was looking for something quick, an in and out kinda of thing. What I got was warm smiles and an upbeat greeting. The kind of vibe you get when you walk into a family shop in your old neighborhood. The team on duty were personable and well trained... the sandwich artistry was on display and my order was perfectly prepared, wrapped, and bagged. For all the Subway field staff and the owner of this location please pass on my thanks to Elliot, Sami, and Lilly for a great experience, positive energy, and tasty meal. You guys rock!!“
“First time I've been to Dairy Queen for food in many years. I stopped at the drive-thru for a burger and fries. OMG was I surprised with how good it was. I ordered the cheeseburger Stackburger and fries. It was the hottest and freshest burger meal I've ever received from a drive-thru. So much better than any/all the biggest burger chains. They have a new regular customer.“
“I order stuff wrong, like I meant to swap a beef taco with chicken. But, typed it in wrong and they just mixed the two like I order. I was disappointed with myself but impressed with their attention to detail.This is the best taco bell in the area by far. Never had a order wrong.“
“THIS Location is the BEST PaPa Johns around if you want AMAZING looking ,Fresh Toppings , FRIENDLY Staff and a CLEAN place . I made the switch from the State Road location after years of rude service, pizza with barely any toppings ,cold food and watching them make pizza with bare hands and then handle cash then go back to make pizza again. This Stow location IS 5 STARS for a THICK PIZZA ,Loaded with toppings that always looks like the PICTURE of what pizza should look like and I have not seen any staff here handling money between making pizzas ! “Let me just preface I hate cold cut sandwhiches. That being said I was here in town for work for training and Jimmy John's was on tofays lunch menu. I was pleasantly surprised I liked the sandwich! (Slim #1) Keep in mind I hate cold cuts. The bread and meat was way better then expected. Not like other cold cut places. The bbq chips were excellent. And the delivery was on time and all the orders were correct (about 15 of them) this definitely opened my eyes to Jimmy John's!! I went into this lunch already in a negative thought because it was cold cuts. But this experience has me questioning myself. Lol“
“It's easy and common to post about the problems with businesses, but seldom do customers post about the good experiences. While there was an error with my burger that was made (forgot the cheese), Dallas - The young lady working the window made sure to correct the issue fast and accurately. She apologized and explained they were training a new guy, she handled it with no questions asked and was fast about making it right. She smiled and apologized once more, then handed me a fresh replacement burger. It was fresh and very tasty! My only wish is that more places had employees who are as caring and kind as Dallas - she is an asset to her store & I hope that Burger King management recognizes her for her efforts. (PS...She also asked me twice if I needed any condiments, which seldom happens anywhere.)“
