“First time here and I cant wait to go back! Before I talk about the food, I have to give a big shout out to our servers Amanda and Anna. They were a lot of fun and very accomadating. Amanda has been there for eight years and Anna is training She was a real trooper with our attempts to razzle her. Now for the food. Almost every month they have lobster fest featuring unique lobster dishes. This morning they had posted one of these dishes being fried lobster tail. I have never heard of lobster being fried and knew I had to have this. It was beyond my expectations, absolutely amazing! I expect a small tail but this was far from small. I can polish off lobster tails but in this case I needed a to go box! They also have the best white french dressing I’ve ever had and I’ve tried many. I ordered lobster bisque to go for Scott. Not only did he say it was the absolte est ever (huge compliment because everything is usually just alright to him which is interpreted as good) he was also taken back by how much lobster was in it. Very comfortable, nice restaurant with fantastic servers and outstanding food…which means the chef is a rock star! The building is deceiving from the outside but I assure you when you get inside you will be wowed!“

I ordered the Bourbon Street chicken and shrimp and the chicken was incredibly hot, juicy, and delicious. My Perfect Margarita was indeed perfect, blended exquisitely with just enough of a kick without it being sloppy. Our server was genuinely nice and attentive to our needs. The manager Steven (sp?) came over to say hi and introduce himself which is still a nice touch proving customer service isn't dead. I haven't lived in Akron since 1998 but I'd come back just for another delightful meal here. Whole family really was eating good in our own hometown neighborhood! Five Guys recently switched from serving fries in cups to using paper bags, and it caused some confusion about portion sizes. Ben immediately stepped in, listened, and rectified the issue right away without any hesitation or attitude. He was calm, professional, and made sure everything was handled fairly and correctly.
