“Photographer here from a recent wedding, I photographed a wedding here last weekend and It was one of the most unique experiences I have had with a venue and I love when the couples that I work with seek a more non traditional route to have a wedding. Food was great, vendors were amazing and attentive, its always a plus when venue owners care about other vendors and always ask if I need anything, I love the historic atmosphere and being able to take portraits in the speakeasy was amazing. 10/10 would recommend having a small, non-traditional wedding here.“

“Tom is an attentive owner. The art on the walls is all his creation and there is live music with some really amazing locals. Amazing chai tea 10/10 would recommend.“

“The bar is connected to Totally Baked Pizza which got a 5 star across the board for me as well, the beer selection at The Hop House is always interesting and hasn't disappointed me yet. The pizzas and beers always seem to go together so well.“

“So I didn't actually go into this place but turned in to avoid the ever so annoying state trooper behind me. And as I leave. . a large woman tells and tries to sell me the most "fire weed " in Akron. I didn't buy it. But I feel as if I'm guna regret that for life“

“Went back home to visit and hung out out with my family here. The whole entire night was a vibe! The owner was super cool and turned out that he knew my brother, who also owns a bar in the downtown Akron area. We enjoyed good music, good drinks and played darts. We didn't get around to shooting pool, but I thought it was pretty cool they have a quarter dispensing machine, so the bartenders don't have to be bothered with that all night. Overall, I would definitely recommend visiting them if you're in town. I sure will the next time I'm home visiting! Peace and Blessings ??“

“I didn't get to try the food. But the service was good. It was a pack bar With one bartender and he was on it . They also have a patio. You can take your beer out and go smoke.

Parking: There is parking in the front end of the rear. It was packed when I was there and there was lots of spots left.“

“Great place for the Akron locals to meet up and get absolutely Buck Wild. However - if you are someone who pees in the woman’s bathroom or are a part of the management staff - there should be a sign in the Women’s restroom middle stall that says “Hold to flush”, as that is necessary for the plumbing of this particular toilet. Please put this sign in here. I feel like I should be paid for this.- posting from the middle stall“
